Not exactly what I expected from pictures
To make it foldable you have to place it on the fire pit upside down leaving quite a bit of the grate unusable due to bracing. If you are looking for a grate that folds buy something else. I guess I'm going to cut the hinges and weld them on the right way.

Can't open grill when you have food on it, but overall good buy.
The photo made me think i would be able to add wood while cooking food. This is not possible as the hinge is underneath the grill surface. But i can make it work and fold it and leave half the pit open and just add food on half the grill surface. Very sturdy and good quality. Overall, i'm happy with it!

Father's Day gift
I bought this really early for my husband on Father's Day because of a great deal. I'm glad I did. It's awesome! We've had several bbqs with it as the star.

The grill rusted after two weeks.

Hinge
I wish hinge allowed folding up so that you could stir coals, roast marshmallows etc.

Hinges welded Backwards
Hinges were welded on Backwards. You should be able to open grate with grill side up

Cheaply made, not heavy duty
Screen warps when put over fire and the paint comes right off.

It opens the wrong way.
It opens the wrong way. You can’t open it halfway while on fire pit unless you place it upside down. My husband didn’t want to return it. I would have had it been my choice.
