Do some research on what benefits Boron has for you. Especially in the past 3 years. Bought these to keep out the nasty pollutions (DYOR). However, to my complete surprise they make so much difference to my health, I feel stronger and more structured in my frame. Furthermore, after more research realised that they could possibly help my wife with menopause hot flushes. After convincing her to take them, immediate results. We didn’t actually realise until a few days later, while she was drinking wine I asked if she’d had a hot flush. Boron helps manage this for her, it’s not zero but this is work in progress for her. 3mg tablets 3 times per day is where she’s at now. I’m guessing 4 may be a target. For me, I started taking half a tablet first few days then have built up to 3 tablets per day. Absolutely certain boron is the best most visible supplement I’ve ever used. You need to look into this deeply, not just the first few results on google. Look for professional studies and where people have reported their experiences over long term use.

I read an article on boron some time ago and was very interested in trying these supplements out.You get upto 6 months supply (taking 1 x 3mg tablet per day) for the price which is great value for just under £6 at time of this review.I was reading about boosting testosterone levels which naturally diminish with age and although I'm not certain if these are having a direct testosterone boosting effect without being tested, I can say that after taking them for a few days, my libido seems a lot better :-)There are studies to suggest that boron supplements improve testosterone levels as well as improving healing, bone and teeth health amongst the benefits not to mention improving sex drive.I'm getting older now, and my job is shift work which plays havoc with the body clock, and can affect health so its very important to supplement our diets with vitamins and nutrients to maintain optimum health and I'm happy to take these to see how they directly affect my libido which at the moment seems much better!They have many other health benefits and I suggest you research yourself on the benefits these bring before deciding for yourself.As with any supplement you should check with your GP or medical professional first before taking supplements especially if you're on any medication.Always best to check beforehand.I've had no adverse reaction to these and to the contrary seems like my..... ahermmm drive is better lol.They're easy to swallow and best taken with a large glass of water or food and did read that they're best taken around 5 hours before bedtime. But this is only something I read and not stated on the bottle.The supplements came sealed and fresh so you feel assured that they are tamper free.Groovy looking bottle as well.Great value for 180 tablets and definitely a supplement I would continue taking as I age.

Good value and easy to swallow but check with a nutritionist before taking as Boron has a significant on testosterone and shouldn't be taken without advice.
