Q: Big and second toes do not insert in their toe pockets properly on either shoe; How to best put these on?

It takes a bit of practice first few times. I put mine on and wore them around the house for a few days.. (2) then went on easier after that. Felt a bit weird at first but quickly got used to them, now I love them. Perfect for boating or jet ski, and I am in mid 50's.

No, you cannot use them with fins unless the fins are oversized
