It is great for my upper back pain. Super great remedy.

I read through all the negative reviews and I almost didn't purchase this because of them. I finally measured my body because of all the claims of it being small and the measurements convinced me that it should be fine. Now after having this for about a month and using it, I can't even understand the heavy criticisms levied against this product. 1. Criticism that it's child sized....NO, I'm 5'5" and weigh 190 pounds and am large frame and large chested for a woman... it fits fine so, I don't know if people saying this are 300-400 pounds? If so then nothing would fit them and they should realize that. 2. Criticism that the Velcro doesn't hold. I've found that it holds very well. 3. Criticism that it drips. Maybe it sweats a little on the outside, but all ice packs do this. It has a plush side against your back so you don't get wet. 4. It freezes too hard. I don't think so 5. It doesn't stay cold long enough. It stays very cold for more than 20 minutes (You're not supposed to ice longer than 20 minutes anyhow) So it stays cold for more than the length of time one is supposed to ice your body. This is really a great ice pack. I comes with a zipper bag to place it inside your freezer in so it doesn't get that freezer smell. I'm glad I Bought it and I'm going to purchase another one so I have a backup.

This is a good back icepack. It stays cold a good while and the straps allow you to easily secure it in place. The shoulders do come over the top of the shoulders well, but the neck piece is a little short and does not reach up to the base of the skull to get a full cooling effect on the neck. But otherwise, very satisfied.

This is a fantastic product. I had/have pain near my shoulder blade and spine. When I use this it just numbs everything down. It has a soft side so if it touches your skin it is not uncomfortable. You place it in the zip bag provided into the freezer and it helps to prevent ice from forming on it. I have been using it for several months and it has held up nicely.

Large and fairly heavy . Doesn't really conform to my back., especially when first out of freezer. Did not hit the sore spot tightly. Didn't really work for me. But does seem well made. for reference, I am a thinner type female

It works great, not too terribly uncomfortable to wear and keeps contact with the skin.

I bought this for myself as I get knots in my shoulder blades and most ice packs just don't work. This one is awesome. You do have to fold it to get it in the bag for the freezer but not a big deal. I had trouble with the straps the first couple times but that was more me then the pack. It gets cold and stays cold and is easy to wear. I definitely recommend.

So disappointing! I wish I would've read the reviews. As so many others have said, this is way too small. Definitely not a one-size-fits-all. It's MUCH smaller than the pictures make it look, and there's no way the height and weight of the models in the pictures are accurate. It barely reaches my shoulders, and the straps are about 8" too short to be functional. If I wear them like a backpack, they cut into my sides and cut off circulation under my arms. If I cross them, they push against my neck and restrict circulation. I'm not that big, but this is laughably small. I feel completely misled by the pictures. It's nowhere close to the size advertised. This will be returned, not only because of poor fit, but false advertising.

It's the perfect size for upper back and neck pain. It's comfortable, pliable after coming out of the freezer, and the velvet side that goes against your body makes the cold manageable. The straps are adjustable, so you can slip your arms in and tighten the straps to keep the ice pack tucked up against your aches and pains. So happy I bought it and it was delivered really quickly too!!

This product is amazing for sore neck shoulders upper back! The Velcro straps can go a couple different ways to be more comfortable. You can stand up against a wall and gently roll back-and-forth my goodness it is amazin. A reusable bag to keep it clean while freezing.
