My husband smokes meat often and he loves this cutting board! It doesn’t slide all over the counter when he cuts, it holds the meat in place and captures the juices. It has a little spout on the corner so he can easily pour the juice over the slices. We loved it so much we bought another one for our son. We loved using this anytime, but especially in our RV. Very durable! Great company!

Works great to catch and hold tasty prime rib drippings. The good news is it slants to filter the juice down. Bad news is it slants, so takes up more space than an average cutting board in storage. I love all Joseph Joseph products though. So well designed and good quality.

I originally seen this on a TikTok user for a daycare provider. She used it often, and I was obsessed with the design of it, For one it’s slanted a bit so that when you cut something juicy, it drains to the back. It has handles so you can use it as a tray and when you turn it over, it’s a carving board as well still with the slanted design for the juice to drain to the back. Wonderful design, I absolutely love it and I’m buying one for every member of my family.

I love cooking and have purchased at least 10 different cutting boards and always end up disliking them. I was always looking for a large board with deep grooves for the precious meat juice, and an easy way to pour that juice back into my pan to have for au jus. Most of the boards I have bought havenarrow shallow grooves that did not hold the juice or were so heavy that couldn't lift them to pour. Finally I found this board which is large, for a Prime Rib or Turkey etc. Is is sloped so the juice runs together in a corner with a pouring spour. PLUS...it is lightweight so I can handle it myself!

I love this cutting board so much, I bought both sizes, and I often gift it to friends who cook. It works extremely well at catching all of the juices when carving meat and juicy fruits like pineapple. The little teeth on one side hold food in place, making carving easier and safer. It's also dishwasher-safe!

I found this on line after trying to clean up a wood cutting board after Thanksgiving last year. This is reversible with spikes to hold meat on one side and smooth on the other. There is a lip to catch juices. The only thing is that I wish it had a rim on the spiked side for turkey juice. While juice did not over flow, it just seems like more of a rim would be nice. It was easy clean up with this cutting board. It has an ingenious design.
