This Automatic Feeder is amazing. It has changed my life, and 5 minutes before the food despenses my dog sits in front of it and she waits for it to dispense. She loves it I love it and my household members love it too. Its pretty hard to set up, but it works perfectly, and its so worth it!10/10 would recommend!

This works well. However, it is NOT user-friendly. It took forever to get it set up with the correct time intervals. When I realized the time intervals were not the best, trying to reprogram it was torture. Also, it gives you a choice of "portions" but doesn't give you any reverence to what a portion size is. It would be nice if they labeled it as approximately X cups or X oz would be better than "portion." I know it would depend on the size of the kibbles being put in there, but an approximate volume amount would be more helpful. One cup of my cat's food weighs more than one cup of my dog's food, so weight wouldn't help. But being able to select 1/4 cup of food would be more helpful than 1 portion.I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't so hard to program.

I love this feeder. It took some work setting it all up but the instructions are easy to understand. The only downside is my cats get between 1 and 2 servings as the machine is programmed, but we feed them lunch in their bowls and just adjusted.Best part is my kitty is a rehomed feral and he harassed us hard for food (meowing for an hour before dinner time every night). Now he leaves us alone because he knows the machine will feed him haha.

This feeder is impossible to program! The feeder came with two sets of instructions, neither of which are usable....the directions are obviously translated into English, and lost everything in the translation. We have had it one year, have tried to use it numerous times. We are now tossing it and will order another brand. Note: We will never buy another thing from this brand.

Not a horrible product, but...it'll dispense food twice.This malfunction occurs at least half the time it goes off. I schedule feedings twice a day for my cat and it'll properly dispense the appropriate portion I programmed at the correct time I scheduled, but then it'll dispense again 1-2 minutes later as if it forgot it already did it. I guess it's better than NOT dispensing...but it's still a malfunction and I'm not trying to feed my cat double portions, half the time she eats.

This feeder is really helpful to help my car stay on track with his feeding schedule and portion size! The only downside is that it can be a little confusing when trying to program the feeding times and portions. I do travel often so having something that can constantly feed my little boy when I’m away is super helpful !

I bought this product because my schedule is very unreliable and so that my cat would stop bugging me for food when he realized I wasn’t providing it anymore. It worked super well for a few months, but now it is extremely frustrating. I have noticed times where it hits his feeding time and it doesn’t dispense any food. He only eats two times a day, so if he misses a meal that could be detrimental to his health as cats should not go 12 or more hours without food. Additionally, it doesn’t feed him the same amount every time. At first this didn’t bother me because it always seemed like enough, but as time goes on the amount varies more and more. I reached out to Wopet support they replied once and then it was crickets. I just want to be sure that my cat is being fed on days that I am away and can’t ensure that it dispenses food

I like it, it does what it has to do, but it's no perfect product. With time, the clock kinda goes back a few minutes so the meal you had at 1 pm will eventually be at 1:01 pm, 1:02 pm and so on. I wish I could have a smaller portion than the (1) serving option, since my cat eats multiple times a day in small portions. It is also a little hard to understand at first, not intuitive at all, I made it with a YouTube video of the brand.
