I bought this SUP for my husband's birthday. It came with the wrong pump, and not Susiebay pump as described, the fin is also not adapted. Last but not least, there were no user manual in the box.There is no online manual available either.Disappointed to say the least.

Muy buena, aunque tuve que comprar una bomba eléctrica porque es cero práctico inflar la tabla con la bomba manual.A mi remo se le salió un tornillito/botón que sirve para que una de las partes del remo se arme, me dio flojera regresar la tabla por ese detalle del remo pero si debo haberla regresado para tener un remo al 100.Si la volvería comprar, solo tuve mala suerte en que mi remo venía con ese detalle.

It’s my first paddle board and I love it so much. Everyone told me it looks so beautiful. The fin is really solid, I went into a lot of seaweed, rock and other stuff but it didn’t do anything.The only negative is that the leash came white, but I ordered the black one.I recommend it x1000 ! ♥️

Such a pretty design. Pity thats as far as the good points go about this SUP. The very first time i took this out of the box and went to inflate it i discovered air leaking from the front right seam at a fast rate. Sadly as beautiful as it looks its made so cheaply. I can feel it just touching it also. Such a shame. So i contacted anazon to return it and get a refund. I paid about $550 aud for this SUP. Because im in Australia it will cost me $200AUD to just send it back. The return postage doesnt get refunded and i habe tried multiple times to reach out to support with no one able to assist me with any other option. Im so dissatisfied and disscusted that this company can just get away with selling this garbage and not assisting its customers when something goes wrong. Its not my fault you cant make a quality board. Yet i have to pay half the price of it just in postage to get a refund. Seriously guys, dont even waste your time with this one. Just cheaply made rubbish. I mayas well have just thrown my hard earnt money in the bin. Do not reccomend. Would absolutely never buy again. And support has been nothing short of utterly useless.
