After installation the trunk button mechanism will not work.

Looks awesome at night! Easy to install. Just connect the cable up front to your aftermarket unit and that’s it. I did connect the extra wiring (ground/power) to the aftermarket unit but I’m not sure if that’s necessary. Routing the cable through the car is easy if you have experience.Picture quality is fantastic in day and night time. Even with snow and rain it looks good! I do have aftermarket LED taillights on my 2013 F30 328i so that’s why the picture quality at night is so good. I would recommend getting better reverse lights before you judge this product. If your reverse lights are garbage don’t expect to see anything much. You’ll still have a great picture and can navigate just fine, but the brighter LED lights I have really make using the camera much easier.Other than that there isn’t much to it, just a camera and fits very well! You will have to press a bit harder to open the trunk but that’s simply because it’s a new unit unlike my 8 year old handle.

It looks as close to OEM as possible. My only issue with it is that it needs to be angled a little more upwards. It still shows a good angle of view. But it could have been angled a little wider vertically. But I would still recommend this to anyone looking to add a backup camera to your F30.

Nice material and fitted well

LIEBMAYA 170 Trunk backup camera:This camera fit the trunk of my BMW 528i perfectly but it does not have the required holding points to transfer the trunk lid button. If you use this camera you will not be able to use your hand to open your car trunk but your key fob will still work. You will also still be able to pop the trunk from the dashboard button.

It was not as good as expected and the camera is starting to cut in and out after having fir a few months.

I put this in my 2013 bmw 320i x drive. Very easy install. My car did not have navigation which made this much simpler than the you tube videos. I was able to place it under the head unit and also add the rear view camera for $32. Liebmaya170 degree car trunk camera fits perfect. For $250 feels like a new car, links to car play instantly.
