I think these other 5 star reviews are fake because this is a terrible product. The instructions are obviously some weird foreign language translation that make no sense, it came with random small parts with no instruction as to where they go. I did try the product, and it sucked. This is supposed to be a wet/dry product but as soon as I got it wet it seemed to not work. When I took off the top piece to see if it needed to be cleaned out, it broke.*UPDATE* Worth noting, the seller contacted me as soon as I posted the review and requested a refund from Amazon, and offered to send me another one free of charge, and apologized for the issue.

This product is going into the trash! Extremely poor quality and not up to Amazon supplier standards! Arrived broken and, sadly, the short return window closed before I had a chance to try to charge & use it.

Loved it for the first 2 uses until I dropped it
Loved it for the first 2 uses. I dropped it in my sink while using it, and it fell apart. I put everything back together and it never worked the same.
