This bungee lead doesn’t stop your dog pulling but it does absorb some of the stress when he/ she surges.

Bought item in February and was reasonable happy with it. By March the locking clip had failed making it unsafe to use.

The media could not be loaded.  Bought this dog lead in the hope that I would finally be able to walk my sprocker without feeling like I'm losing an arm!I first tried it on the harness to see if I could avoid using the halti over his nose but found that although the bungee made it a bit better than the normal lead, it didn't deter him from pulling.I then changed to the halti which is what I normally use to walk him. Although the halti helps I usually feel pulled at and have a sore wrist by the end of the walk. Not this time! When he pulled the rope extended and the pull of the bungee seemed to be enough to make him slow down without it pulling on my arm!The actual handle itself also feels really comfortable on your wrist and the lead looks high quality and feels durable.As others have said the lock on the clasp although good is abit fiddly but it's worth it to know it can't come off!Overall I would highly recommend this to anyone with a dog that won't stop tugging!

This usually means going from 0 to 100 mph before I can even comprehend what has happened. With normal leads, this inevitably means a 'snap' when she reaches the end of the tether, which is both a shock to her and to my poor shoulders.With this bungee lead, that blow is softened a lot. No longer do I have to worry about the pup flipping herself when she decides to go running. Nor do I have to worry about my should being ripped from its socket.The heavy-duty fabric of the lead is not at any risk of ripping as far as I can tell, and the strong buckles will stay in place no matter how hard she pulls. The fabric was a little bit stiff on first use but after a couple of walks that quickly sorted itself.The handle is nice and padded, adding an extra layer of comfort when your dog does a runner. It also has a sturdy d-loop at the top that you can use to attach anything from a roll of poo bags, to a treat pouch or other useful dog-walking items.
