Bought for my wife who reads and writes a lot from home while researching. Cushion iOS quality with a good weight and really helps her to be comfortable.

Comfy pillow and speedy delivery

If I could give this V Pillow 0* stars, I would. It is the worst pillow of any kind, I've bought in entire life! It is so solid & hard, you can't even use it. I fluffed, squished, tried everything to soften it, but nothing worked. It is supposed to be supportive, but the fullness & hardness is beyond ridiculous. It is also heavy. I couldn't return as arrived vacuum sealed, so expanded too much. It has a horrid smell that didn't fade even after being left to air for 1 week ( I just left in another room unused to see if smell lessened which it didn't. As I had no choice but to throw away, I cut it open to see what type of foam was inside & quite frankly not only was I shocked, I was disgusted. The foam is NOT memory foam as stated in selling description, but huge chucks & tiny pieces of regular normal foam of many colours. The worst shocker is that there was also so many huge pieces of EXPANDING FOAM used to insulate or fill in DIY projects. All the filling was absolutely filthy, had lots of dusty dirt & matted human hair entwined. Personally I'd have a guess that the foam, was remnants from the manufacturing warehouse & swept up from the floor & used as the inside of these pillows. The outer cover was covered in fabric threads and pulled ladders (imagine ladders in nylon tights/stockings) leaving barely held together fabric. It was also that horrible silky fabric. I'd bought some extra large V Pillow cases to go with this pillow & couldn't even get them on. So wish I'd written a review at the time to warn other people to take caution when buying this pillow, especially when expanding foam & regular dirty foam with matted human hair is what is inside. I may have had a bad pillow but I highly doubt it as these would be made in bulk. Also for human safety, I have no idea how a so called Orthopaedic Memory Foam V Pillow, can even pass UK safety regulations when mine contained DIY expanding foam that dries rock solid. Absolutely shockingly appalling

These bamboo pillows are brilliant don’t loose there shape so comfortable great for kneck and back pain bought for 2 older relatives as well as myself they love them.
