A: The 02 has a combination lock on the front, the regular is just zip-around closure.

**Q: Will this fit a 12.3 in ?**
A: I am sorry I don't know. But it will fit A5 journal.

**Q: Would it fit an iPad Mini 3/4/5?**
A: The iPad Mini 3/4/5 would fit in this. Its pretty roomy in there. I think the iPad minis are 8 X 5 and the inside is a little over 9 X 7. It is a great case and holds so much more than you think it does.

I originally bought the blue color, but I was not a fan of the grey inside since it made the bag look cheap. I ended up returning it and bought the black color. I love how convenient it is to carry 2 of my 5x7 notebooks, plus all my pens, penicils, and skincare! It is a great mini bag to bring for work. I will not be using the lock so I cannot speak on that function, but I do love the rest of the bag. All the zippers are smooth which is a big plus!
