had to return the tablet do to the fact that it barely was able to be used. The device lagged really severely and had trouble even recognizing my touch on the touch screen. Was unable to use it for any tasks.

It didn't come with the license key. Other than that it was in excellent condition.

Made 15 attempts so far to set up this unit. Cannot get past the 'Connect to the Internet' page. Says 'Wi_Fi off'. Cortana not doing anything. Revolving over the connect and Microsoft pages.

This is probably not brand new. It must have been used before, or refurbished. The screen has a certain abrasion near the front camera.However this tablet works basically well. It was not an expensive kind of tablet so as far as my experience with these, this tablet has the most general amount of speed, and function. Quite good.I only received it about two weeks ago as of this writing. Ii have been using it and I have been able to access the internet, download WPS and do most things you can do with a Word Document, etc.I have yet to use it on a longer term basis.It did scare me at one point when I connected a scanner to it and the tablet could not detect the scanner and then the screen went completely blank out of nowhere, but after I pressed the "On" button and restarted it, the tablet worked as it should with the scanner.I am hoping this does not occur again.So I would say that I basically like this tablet but I am on the lookout for anything it do that it should not.I will definitely try to send it back if anything really goes wrong.I will update on any new significant findings.UPDATE 10/2/14 The touchscreen stopped working suddenly It works with an external keyboard and mouse but I need the touchscreen to work as it should. I have to send it back. I regret it. This tablet was quite good in certain ways.
