Wow… great little compact diver!
This is a great little compact dive watch, with sapphire crystal, ceramic bezel, and great lume. This watch is surprisingly well built for the price, with almost a nice round profile, and more down to earth dimensions than what you would normally find in other larger watches. The bezel has a nice solid click to the rotation, and lands spot on to the markers. The lume is outstanding on this watch, and more than adequate for daily use. No sharp, rough edges, like you would find on Pagani Design watches selling for the same, or more. It comes with a worthless diver’s extension that does not stay shut because it is designed to be used with a very thick spring bar to hold the extension in place, but I just adjusted with the extension open, and it fits great… looks like just another link of the bracelet. Keep in mind, that a true 62mas never really came with a steel bracelet anyways, so Cadisen designed an Oyster style bracelet of 18mm, down to 16mm to work nicely with this watch, similar to what Seestern did with their design of a steel bracelet for their 62mas, at double the price. Consider the steel bracelet a gift, because you also receive the rubber strap, and the rubber strap feels of very high quality, and very flexible. Looks amazing either way. The watch feels very solid, and good heft for it’s smaller size. Flat sapphire crystal has little to no reflection, and much preferred over domed sapphire. The cream dial just looks amazing, and vintage. Looks great on my 7 3/4 inch wrist. Buy it guys, you won’t regret it.

Only issue I have is the hands , pics show black hands and that is what I really liked about it however, silver is what I got.

Casual, Dressy, Deep Blue Face, Nice Crystal, Good band.
As commented by other reviewers, I am a big fan of this genre of watch and have many or have had many of them. I am reviewing the version with the blue face. The deep blue face has a rich hue to it, and it is very attractive. The sapphire crystal has impressive clarity, which allows one to see the fine details including a tapered tip to the second hand. The hour hand is slightly thicker than the minute hand and both are nice. The nighttime illumination has several very good features as follows. First, it is bright. Second, the twelve o’clock position is wider so that makes more clear is ascertaining the time in the dark. Confirmatory to that is the date at 3 o’clock (which is dark in the dark), again orienting the watch in the dark so that the hour and minute hands are well discernible.I like the design of the stainless steel band, and the polished inner portion which adds to the appearance. An extra Rubber Strap is included. The movement per the Watch information on the Amazon site is “Japanese Automatic.” So this watch would be good for everyday use, though of course one could put the watch on a watch winder.I personally like the size 38 mm for dial diameter and 12 mm for case thickness and 18mm Bracelet width as these proportions are comfortable, yet large enough for functionality. The listing states that the watch a "Casual Men Watch," however I think it versatile enough that it could be worn with semi-formal wear with no problem.

Avoid!!! Lost time and now is dead
At first my spouse was very happy with this watch. It looked really good and was very comfortable to wear. Over the past few weeks, though, they noticed it started losing time, first 3-4 minutes per day, then hours, and now only about 6 weeks after buying it it's stopped altogether. It's probably the battery and I'm going to get it changed, but a brand new watch shouldn't have that problem. I've also noticed scratches on the band, enough that I can barely read the large "CADISEN" logo on the clasp anymore. There's nothing on the top yet so it still looks good, but I'm now concerned that the top will scratch as well. I expect more from a $120 watch. You don't drop a hundred bucks plus and expect to have to replace the battery and hope that it fixes the issue.

A Really Nice 62MAS Homage
This is Cadisen's homage to the Seiko 62MAS. It's actually a nice looking watch and at a fraction of the cost of the Seiko, even though it sports an NH35 movement, which so far has proven typically efficient. The bezel action is one of the best I've experienced - smooth and easy but not sloppy. There is a bit of play in it though, not much. The finish is fine. The case is simple but solid. There is no AR coating on the flat sapphire crystal that I can tell. Solid case back. The bezel may be ceramic but it isn't aluminum. What is it? The bracelet is not top drawer but it's decently built and nicely finished, though the links feel a bit wobbly. The locking clasp is very secure though. The major letdown is the lume, which, simply put, is not good. If you're going to offer a dive watch with 200 meters of water resistance, even one that is clearly a desk diver, it should, at the very least, have decent lume on the HANDS. This Cadisen has decent lume on the indices, but what good is that when the hands virtually disappear after an hour in the dark? (see photo) It should be an easy fix. Add more lume to the hands and less to the indices. You won't dive with this watch but you'll be out at night and presumably you'll want to see what time it is and not just marvel at the pretty glowing indices. There is also no lume on the bezel, except the pip. And by the way, the publicity still of the lume is a bit... ahem... wishful thinking, IMO.All that said, I'm really enjoying wearing this watch. It's solid, has a great, if not original design that I really love, it's easy to read (in the day) and feels great on wrist. I judge the lug length to be around 46mm so even on my 6.25 inch wrist its 38mm width fits beautifully. Comes with a lightweight rubber strap. The reason to buy this watch is to get a great design that's well-executed and looks excellent for relatively little cash. AND the much more expensive Seiko 62MAS will probably come misaligned anyway. The indices on this watch all aligned perfectly. The movement won't let you down. It's a great watch.
