My glasses are definitely medium sized and smaller than those oversized Ray-Ban Wayfarer sunglasses that are all the rage. This case fits my two glasses with room to spare. While it definitely will not protect your glasses if you run it over with a car, it does fine protecting my glasses from the rumble and tumble of traveling in my backpack or luggage. This way I am only reaching for one case at the end of the workday when I am switching from my more professional looking glasses or computer glasses to my "fun" pair--no more fumbling at the bottom of my backpack for one of my two cases and hoping I reached for the right one. Some people might find it useful that the middle divider between the two glasses is a small mirror, so you can use it to see if your eyeglasses are on straight when you put them on. As for durability issues, I have been using this a few weeks and have not had any issues. Though I am wary of the zipper breaking, I haven't been extra careful while using it or anything. Time will tell how long it lasts--will update when or if this case fails on me. Most importantly, I have no issues with scratches.
