I was using resin from my work place, a hobby type store. However, that stunk like mold and mildew, bubbled like mad and yellowed super fast. It was a pain to work with. This Crystal Clear is way above everything. From quality, price, size, odor, demolding and bubbling - I'm so glad I switched to this.I've only had one instance of flash curing and that was completely my fault. Zero issues with demolding, with or without using a mold spray. Debubbles nicely without a machine, it's crystal clear, takes the colorants easily - both commercial pigments and inks as well the various pigment pastes that I've made myself to test. Really enjoy having such a long work time as well. It lets me experiment with new ideas.The bottles are a bit wonky to pour from, but not a big issue overall for me.

Edited 11 July 2024: After speaking with Let’s Resin customer service, which is wonderful, they helped me figure out a solution to the issue mentioned below with the excessive waste. This is why I will continue purchasing from this seller. They listen to feedback and try to resolve issues. It truly is a great product and a great company as well!I am a loyal customer of Let’s Resin. Since I started using epoxy resin this was the first company I purchased from. This particular bottle was not up to par. First, the bottles are horrible in controlling the amount you need. IF you are doing large projects, then it’s fine that large quantities come pouring out. When trying to measure evenly A & B and the bottles are fast pouring, it makes equal portions difficult. The taller bottles with smaller openings are far better. I prefer ordering a large amount, 1 gallon because I do large number of projects and larger pieces so less than 1 gallon doesn’t work for me. I don’t care to use the pumps because I have found that the resin gets sticky in them and I’m not big on waste. Normally I use a scale and measure each part, A theme B in the same container, which has worked well for years. With this quick pouring bottle, I’ve had to portion them in individual cups then mix after FINALLY getting the right amount in each cup. More work than I would like to do. The end result is a little more bubbly than expected, but warming under hot water before mixing helps reduce the bubbles. As I mentioned, I am a loyal Let’s Resin customer and will continue to purchase from them, just not this particular size bottle.

Perfect for pours. It is a pouring resin, not a coating resin, so keep that in mind. I used it to make a beautiful chess/checker game (as well as other projects), but is my go-to pouring resin. Always cures with a beautiful shine and crystal clear. The checkers and pieces are just perfect. There are very few bubbles or micro bubbles. I mix it 1:1, stir gently for 5 mins, then use a vacuum machine to remove the remaining air bubbles.

Love the gold mica that came with this set, also the stirring stick and cups are a huge plus, the resin itself smells as strong as all other brands I’ve tried and cures about the same, maybe quicker but i wouldn’t know because I didn’t check till after the 24 hours so it is possible… the added items make it worth it tho but if u have them already id just buy whatever brands on sale at that time

Just like it says, bubble free. It’ll have a little bubbles but if it’s warm outside or wherever you’re working, they will disappear quickly. I use it with the lats resin mixer, which is a game changer and I love working with resin now more than I did before because I’m not stirring forever. There is little to no odor, and the resulting projects come out with a high gloss finish. It cures fairly quickly as well that I truly like this resin, I will buy it again.

I am new to working with resin and by no means an expert, but so far, this product and their Fast Cure product have given me the best results. I've been so impressed that I've now ordered their bigger bottles with the pumps.The resin mixes well and cures crystal clear with minimal bubbles, which is exactly what I was looking for. My only complaints are minor: the pigments come in little baggies instead of bottles, making them a bit tricky to store, and the bottles tend to dribble down the sides when you pour, making them a bit sticky (though this is common with many resin bottles). I’m hoping the new bottles with pumps will solve this issue.Overall, I'm very happy with the quality and results of this resin kit.
