It's best to hold under your tongue for as long as you can, but just swallowing it is ok too. While opinions differ, it's probably best taken away from food and drink, either 30 mins before a meal or a few hours after. It's also advisable to cycle it. Various protocols exist, but something like 4-6 days on with 1-3 days off and/or 3 weeks on with 1 week off is a good baseline.There's lots more to say, but you'll have to talk to your doctor for personalized advice (assuming they know anything about this stuff lol).

This item arrived on time, as ordered, intact. No issues with shipping or packaging. Honestly, I don't notice any smell, either good or bad. Likewise, I don't notice any particular taste, either good or bad. My only disappointment is that the dropper is not measured. It got tiresome measuring out 15 drops onto a spoon, then putting the spoon in my mouth, and transferring the medicine to under my tongue. I just ordered/received 1-ml needless syringes. For the first time I was able to draw up the entire 1-ml dose at once, and squirt it directly under my tongue. Easy-peasy, with no taste whatsoever. (I'm going to wash out and re-use the needleless syringes, as we do in home health)

I feel a overall general improvement in metabolism, digestion, and endurance. I have been taking this along with magnesium. I think my skin has become slightly more radiant, but that takes a while to manifest. The only qualm I have is the taste. It is not great but not inedible. It tastes like stomach acid vomit, citrus flavored.

I noticed I had more energy the first day I tried it! I'll continue to use this product!

It's one of those tastes that you're not sure if you hate it or not. You can't really taste it until it hits the back of your tongue. I use a drink to wash it down to avoid some of the taste. As far as effectiveness, I don't take it for anything specific except general health reasons, but when I take it before heavy alcohol consumption, I don't get a hangover, so it does work for that.

Three stars as I like the ingredient, and I find the taste enjoyable, a bit like old Tang.However, it claims to be a 30 day supply, yet the 2x day dosing regimen results in less than 15 days.The products is very thick and viscous so it is difficult to get drops out quickly but there is no way this is a 30 day supply unless it is defective. I tried to reach out to the manufacturer to determine if something was wrong, and they are not listed as Amazon handles this distribution. Switching to another liquid brand.

Works great for me. Alot of reviews say it tastes bad, but I have no problem with the taste. It's like a sour/sweet flavor.My only negative about it iis that there's no 1 or 2 MG measurement marker on the dropper.

Although we all need it, my primery concern was giving it to my dog who is recovering from a systemic infection. I wanted to make sure it absorbs well when added to her food, but do not have to. I count the drops into a teaspoon and she loves to lick it all up. Taste great, no smell, easy to administer and works great. I give her other needed nutrients as well, and together they do wonders. Her vitality is back, sleeps less, feels good to jump, run and take long walks, symptoms are almost all gone. We are what we eat and glutathione plays a very important role. Must take it for good nutritional balance. I am very happy with this product for it also priced right, and I love the taste of it too.
