The point of an e-drink should be how you feel after you drink it. This one so far is my favorite to not be jittery, but also to be focused without body pains or tension. I'm not sure what chemical they use to source their B12 as I feel like drinks with cyanocobalamin instead of methylcobalamin seem to cause body aches. Do a quick google search on cyanocobalamin to see potential side effects. Also note the dosage you get in drinks multiplied by the frequency.
