Warning! This item cannot be exchanged or returned.
I purchased this to help fix some fading color on my work shoes. I ordered the color that appeared to be the best match but once it came in the mail it was much too light. When I tried to exchange it for a better matching color I was told this item is not eligible for returns or refunds. I do not recommend purchasing this product unless you are absolutely sure the color is a perfect match, otherwise it would be best to purchase a show polish somewhere you can see the color first and return the item if needed. Also, I do not see the return policy listed on the product page itself, which is very misleading as most amazing purchases are returnable.Overall I'm disappointed to have wasted money and will not be purchasing again to eliminate the risk of getting a color mismatch again.

UPDATE: The wax started to flake off almost immediately upon my first use after applying.
UPDATE: See last photo... The gorgeous red wax started to flake off of my shoes almost immediately upon my first wear. I'd say that I followed directions, but the company provided none (not on the packaging, nor in an insert). I had to google how to use a shoe cream. FFS. I did clean the leather before applying, and let it dry completely and it STILL didn't adhere to the leather. Ugh.I had a pair of red leather Fly Londons out on my patio while the freshly applied weather-proofing spray dried. I forgot all about them until about 5 days later, when I went out to water the plants. The leather was brittle, and the red dye had almost completely faded from days in the Texas sun. I was SO PISSED.I didn't want to toss them, so I looked online for a way to repair them, and stumbled upon this product. Their selection of reds was almost too good to be true, and the price was fantastic. I settled on their Red #68, crossed my fingers, and completed the purchase. It was perfect. The cream is highly pigmented, but not so opaque that it would clash with a slightly different shade of red leather. Due to the leather being so brittle from the sun, and the two heavy coats of weather proofing I had sprayed on, it took three coats of the cream to bring them back, but I am beyond pleased with the results. I can't speak to its durability, but I used less than 5% of the product, so I won't have to make an additional purchase to maintain them.My only complaint is that there are ZERO instructions on how to apply the cream [do you prep the leather? how many layers do they recommend? method of application?], and their website is useless. I'm more familiar with waxes and dyes, so some basic instructions, or at least a link, would have been great. That said, the product has exceeded my expectations so far. It has brought life back to my shoes - color AND conditioning.PS, I cleaned my shoes by lightly buffing them with a shoe polish brush. I applied the cream with a round cotton pad and a q-tip for tight spots. I let it dry for about 20 minutes, then buffed it with the same shoe brush, then repeated the process until I liked the results.

Rich velvety color that will actually dye your shoes to the correct shade!
This polish is amazing!! I wish I had found this first, I've bought a bunch of other polishes already in different brands that did not work as well for covering scuffs, scratches and fading.First, the Navy color is a DARK Navy, exactly what I was looking for to match my Michael Kors "Admiral" colored purse. It is very very dark blue. I applied it to shoes which were paler Navy, and it darkened them to match the purse! The density of color in this is OUTSTANDING, you can actually use it to dye leathers slightly different colors. I even tried this on black boots, and while they are still black, they now have a slightly bluish sheen to them that will actually help match my purse also. Then I tried it on medium blue suede walking shoes... and it turned them navy too!!! The suede not only dyed, the grey soles turned a darker blue tinted grey too. I LOVE THIS!!!I used a shoe polish brush, which allows a very even application of color. I think if you just use a cotton cloth, you would get streaks, rather than complete even coverage. I am sooooo thrilled with this polish, and I've tried a bunch!!While the shoes were not fully dry, I buffed them, and they all came up reasonably shiny... not glossy, but a satin finish. Once they are fully dry, I'm going to use leather oil to waterproof. This brand will definitely become my new go-to shoe polish!!Be sure the polish you buy is the color you want, because that's the color your shoes are going to be if they are not an exact match. I have only tried the Navy. Hope this helps!

they were great initially, but after a yr of using them
I luv this product. As an Ex-Marine tht has transitioned n2 civil life & wrkng in the public eye, it is important 4 me 2 look professional @ all times, & it starts with my shoes. I had been using Kiwi shoe polish 4 over 40yrs, & on occasion i have purchased various creams, but always found myself going bck 2 Kiwi products. I have noticed over the last several yrs tht the Kiwi products weren't giving me the same results tht the use 2, so I began 2 use their liquid products, they were great initially, but after a yr of using them, I noticed flaking on my shoes from the build-up of the liquid polish. Then I thought about the success tht I had with shoe creams, so 1 made a switch, & purchased this product... So far, very good. I will continue 2 use this product!

Gave my boots new life!
I HIGHLY recommend this shoe cream! I was skeptical at first because Iād never heard of the brand and the price was so low but the reviews were promising. I also bought this cream in dark green and white for my respective doc martens and they worked well enough on those too. The product works best on more porous leather like the ones in my picture, in my opinion. I think 1460 docs are a liiiiiittle too slick for you to see a huge difference, but they did help a little with scuffs and discoloration. Besides that, DEFINITELY get this for any leather shoes you have!
