Different but taste pretty good
Actually pretty good.. came with a good portion size and 2 packs of sauce/dressing got to soak them few times.. it’s a hint of saltyness but nothing crazy.. if you soak them 3 times in ice water it won’t be salty at all.. really don’t taste like nothing you can compare it to lettuce with no dressing.. only came with one type of sauce it’s really good took the taste up a notch.. it has an interesting crunch kind of like crunchy pickles ..over all it’s interesting I like it probably go really good in a salad or a good healthy snack

The ultimate "ocean caviar" experience
I’ve been seeing sea grapes all over social media and finally decided to try the GCAP brand. I was worried about buying them dehydrated, but they puffed up perfectly after a few minutes in cold water. The texture is incredible—they have that crisp, "crunchy" pop that I was looking for. They are 100% natural and tasted incredibly fresh, like they were just harvested. I paired mine with the Kewpie roasted sesame dressing shown in the photos, and the savory-salty combo is addicting. Definitely a healthy, fun snack if you love seaweed!

Fish eggs
I don't know why they give things like this cute little names like sea grapes to entice children that don't know any better. They are salty fish eggs not sweet little sea grapes. If you like caviar then this is for you.

Extremely salty and soggy texture
I wasted $10 for a terrible tasting product! The texture was crunchy at first then get soggy after a while. also, it was extremely salty and fishy! And I normally like the seaweed taste . Definitely not worth the cost. Will not buy again!

As fun to rehydrate as they are to eat
As fun to rehydrate the grapes as it was to eat. I initially did 3 cycles of ice cold water for 10 min each. Honestly, that might have been too much because at that point the sea grapes themselves had no taste. After 1 ten min wash they were salty but I wanted to get the "sea" taste out just a bit more but over did it. With that being said once you add the dressing the sea grapes take on a delicious ginger dressing taste like you get at Japanese restaurants. My kids loved watching them expand and while it doesn't look like a lot comes in the pouch they expand 50 fold. Definitely a unique and great tasting product!

Love them!
Came in the clear bag as a slimy solid stringy mass. Within like a minute of the original soak. They plumped up so fast. I didn't have to rinse them but only the original first time. They really weren't that salty or fishy to me. They taste really freaking good and super crunchy. Would recommend. Crunchy texture. Good amount of them for money. They like triples in size. You could probably put them into anything or eat any way. Came with what I think is Mayo and instructions.
