The design is very ideal for horizontal AC vents. However has a catch, once the car mount is fitted to the vent, you will not be able to move the vent flaps. Other than that the car mount is perfect. One enhancement can be made though, add the magsafe charger to this car mount.

People have different wants, This satisfies mine to the fullest, compact, strong adhesive, super strong magnet, seamless functioning, If I could ask more Ill go for Mag-safe charging, but the added cost would probably drive away a lot of potential customers to pay more for lower charging speeds. so yes for the majority its perfect.

The adhesive is very weak and the magnets are super super strong therefore when ever i try taking my phone the adhesive comes off don’t recommend this product 👎🏻

This item is great . You get everything that's in the pictures. It's a sturdy unit I've used the one that clings onto the air vent . It holds very well . It's solid unit doesn't bounce around . Magnit holds it solid it won't come off

I only have one thing to criticize about this product and that is the adhesive. The design to allow the base to contour to whatever shape you need it to is great; concept works great! However, to a big disappointment, within a week off 70* weather, the stand tired over. The back piece stopped sticking. I followed all instructions, step by step. The adhesive was not obstructed by any dirt or dust. I decided to reposition the stand and within the first day noticed that it was beginning to un-attach from the back again. I had a little bit of double sided gorilla tape, very similar to what this product uses (I think the gorilla tape is stronger) and placed it over the center of the base. It seems to be holding well at this point. Despite this one discrepancy, i still like this product very much. The round magnet connects perfectly with my iPhone 14 pro max. You get a small resistance when you try and take your phone off the stand. This can be great if you're off Rössing or on any uneven ground during which time the drive can be "bumpy". Hope this review helps anyone. I do not regret purchasing it and recommend it for anyone. Follow Up: I have had this product closely over 2 months and I’m very grateful I found it. Yes, the original adhesive was lacking but I overcame that by using double sided gorilla glue tape. No, don’t worry, it doesn’t adhere like regular gorilla glue. I wanted to change the location I had it mounted and it came off like a charm. Peeling it off slowly and gently preserves the device. Find your location and place the gorilla glue tape on each of the surface plates of the Mount. Should you live in hotter places, you may have to replace the tape pieces during the summer but it is well worth it!!! Hope the follow up is helpful to someone.
