*Update* Mirror stopped functioning all together. Installed Waze app through mirror and on the next boot up the mirror became stuck in a boot loop. Would load and say Android is updating/optimizing apps, turn off to reboot and go through whole process again. System never fully loaded up and no longer works. Reached out to Amazon for help, as the company itself never reached out to respond to previous inquiries, Tech was unable to find solution and decided to refund and return product. Product has potential, unfortunately with the picture issue and software issue, I was unable to really enjoy the product. Will find a replacement device with a different company.The camera is a nice sleek design; wish it came in black to look more discreet but silver is still a nice look. Installation was easy with the exception that I wasnt given the rubber straps to mount it to my existing mirror which was a bummer (reached out to company and awaiting response). Setup was easy. Used my cellphone hot spot to provide wifi coverage as I didn't have an extra 3G sim card for service. Picture quality looks good when it works, but am having the issue where I see white pixel squares dance around the feed and recorded on videos; not sure how to fix or if device is faulty, currently have to reboot device as temporary fix. Overall the unit does what it says, but has some minor issues that needs to be addressed. Can't change the gps watermark on videos to show MPH, only shows KPH. Also, noticed on boot up screen, company misspelled "Complete"

Nice, but glitchy. Poor quality Chinese battery doesn't hold charge, but works nicely if constantly powered. Occasionally glicthy need to unplug power off. Operation instructions are poorly translated, but can figure out functionality. Decently good camera quality however rear view has no night vision, but lights on reverse. Very slow booting so need to wait a minute. GPS Nav is very nice, able to download Android apps.

El producto funciona muy bien en el sistema operativo. El problema está en la calidad de los materiales que cubre el producto, la batería deja de funcionar rapido aunque hay que saber que el mismo está en el sol a diario. Las pinzas que lo sostiene al espejo de despegan y no hay manera de colocarlos en su lugar queda inavilitafo . A mi nunca me reconoció ningún chip de ninguna compañía telefónica y confirme es un defecto que trajo. El producto se ve prometedor pero no funciona como debe....
