Lovely Salty Taste - Very Very Tasty Caviar
I adore lumpfish caviar This is just as good as any other I have tasted; nice and salty and goes really well on small pieces of toast or small crackers I’ve just ordered some Cavi-art’s vegan caviar which is made from seaweed and is only £9 for 500g so hopefully it’s nice I’ll update this review when I’ve received it but certainly this lumpfish caviar is lovely UPDATE: The Cavi-Art seaweed caviar is ok but not a patch on this lumpfish version The Cavi-Art caviar just isn’t fishy or salty enough for me although it’s much cheaper and if you’re a vegetarian then you have little choice I guess

Really good item
For the price, it's very good. OK, It's not top notch caviar but it does taste good and your average Joe will be impressed. Transforms a Ritz and cream cheese into something fairly special!

Good value
Developed a taste for lumpfish caviar while it was in the shops during Christmas. None of the supermarkets are stocking it now, so had to look for alternative sources. It's quite expensive from most online fishmongers and they usually have £40 minimum orders plus delivery costs. This looked to be good value so I gave them a go. I'd say the pasteurised one tastes the same as fresh, maybe a bit more salty but I don't consider that a bad thing. Plus it is shelf stable so it's there when you fancy it. Would recommend.

Not the worst
Not the best in its price range… slightly bitter compared to what u buy in Tesco .. far better lumpfish caviar out there I always have it in the cupboard but it’s seasonal in shops so I try most out there and I won’t buy this again, I know caviar but I can’t afford it all year round but lumpfish is a fab substitute but not this one in my opinion
