Received bag without defect. Happy with product. We have all size of bag and strap for shoulders carry. Can use it for travel.Only colour of chain strap is little disappointed else all good.

It felt like a value for money at the time of purchase. But it seems they tried to create more number of pieces rather than improving the quality of stitching and material. No one needs all 4 pieces supplied with the product. Rather they should improve the quality and sell them separately. I ended up returning it.
