I'm not a gamer but still need a good headset for other purposes such as listening to songs, hearing audio from videos and recording speech. This headset does all three well. The words and music in songs are clear and distinct. The bass is good without being overwhelming. Spoken-word audio (videos, podcasts, etc.) is also clear. Both types of audios are richer with these headphones than with my regular speakers and my earbuds. This headset does a good job of picking up my voice too. This is my first time owning a wireless headset, but it was worth the money because I needed a new headset and I always wanted these from the beginning. They work great, feel great. Definitely recommend

Bought the item in Nov 2023. Its broken now. Can you advise how to avail the warranty? What should i expect ie replacement or a return?

Waiting for the courier to pick up for return
A day after receiving the item, I initiated a return. A week later I am still waiting for the courier to contact me.The headphones don’t work well

Poor quality and inconvenience
Too much pressure on the head - getting pain after an hour of usage. maybe people with smaller head will feel okay though, however my head size is very average. Microphone is weak, nobody can hear me properly. Sound quality is okay though, that’s why 2 stars. I don’t recommend buying this. Value for money is 2 star. Many thanks!
