Great replacement for my Neato D7 brush.

Had to work it a bit for my D9 Neato, but it finally went in the brush slot. Fills up the slot well so I expect it will sweep very well. Love my Neato!

These seemed like a great solution for my Neato D10 until I received and tried them in my vacuum. Immediately it was obvious that the bristles were too long and rubbed excessively on the brush housing. By hand, the brush was noticeably harder than normal to rotate. Sure enough, when I tried to run the vacuum with these brushes it made an odd sound and immediately reported that the brush was stuck.

As others have pointed out, the bristles are too long and drag on the inside housing causing a “my brush is stuck” message. If you are vacuuming hard floors it probably fine and will not error, but if you have thick carpet the additional stress on the motor will trigger the error. I trimmed the bristles and now is fine. I had the same problem when the vacuum was new from Neato and the original brush was cylindrical and not helical (on the D8).

Can't believe how much better the vacuum is working.
