Great project for kids
Just put this together with my five year old granddaughter. Kit holds everything you need and it's easy to assemble. She loved it! Would highly recommend.

Fun for a rainy day.
Toddler loved building and sticking butterflies on house. Would have liked suggestions on where to put house.

10 y/o loves it
My 10 year old daughter loved this! She did it independently (with a broken right arm and being right handed) and it all worked, came with all the pieces, and looks great!

Cute activity for kids - won’t last outside
This is a really cute activity for kids but unfortunately the reality is that this little house won’t survive outside in the elements. Once out together it will either need to be in an enclosure if you’re raising butterflies or outside but sheltered from the weather. It’s made out of a thin wood that’s almost like cardboard so it won’t hold up to rain. This house is really easy to put together. We had a 5 year old and a 7 year old working on it together as a little activity. The house goes together by snapping the tabs together of each side. I would also recommend glue in some areas just to ensure it’s secure. There are also little pieces that go in the bottom so you can hang the twine on them for the butterflies to rest. There’s also a spot for little plastic tubes where you can put flowers to attract the butterflies to the house.Overall it’s a cute activity and affordable, although I could also picture this in five below based on the quality of the wood for the house. I’m hoping this upcoming spring we can hang it some place and attract some butterflies to our house!

Magical!
This butterfly house was an amazing arts and crafts project to do with my 3.5 year old. It was mess free fun and not a lot of complicated steps to it. In the end, we made a gorgeous butterfly house that we check on together daily to see if any butterfly’s are in there (my son loves to do that!). The house was assembled quickly and my toddler was able to assist with that part too. He assembled all of the butterfly’s and i used the little glue dots to stick them on. Once done, my son went outside and found some leaves and flowers to stick in the tubes for food (not sure butterfly’s eat that, but my son insisted). This was just a fun, magical little project that helped me bond with my child. What more can I ask for?!I think this is great for about 3 years old and up. It’s not a craft that you will be mad at yourself for starting (no glitter, slime, etc). Just some good clean fun! Really loved this and highly recommend!

Fun Craft Project But Hang In A Sheltered Location
This is a fun little kit for youth or adult alike. I got this for my wife for her butterfly garden. It went together pretty quickly. However, I ended up using some drops of superglue to keep the retaining “lollipop sticks” from sliding out of place. With the butterfly stickers, this looks really nice. Note that despite my picture, I do not think the unvarnished wood will last long outdoors in the sun and rain. I recommend that you hang this somewhere in a sheltered location like under an eve so that butterflies can access it but it will not be exposed to sun and rain. Also, the butterfly stickers tend to fall off in the hot sun. Note that the small water tubes are designed to hold live flowers to attract the butterflies to the butterfly house. We have not yet had any butterflies move in yet, but I guess that’s more up to them than me!

WoW! BUTTERFLIES
After all of the fun I had with my six year old on the Ann Williams Craft-Tastic Dino Garden Grow and Play, last weekend, I can't wait to play with BOTH boys this week. My older grandson said that he might be interested. Butterflies are kind of our thing. I'll update and add pictures. I love these crafts. This is coming from a career school teacher. Well. I got the younger grandson interested, but lost the older. We painted the wood. There was plenty of butterfly's to make this beautiful. The wood pieces were super easy to put together. It was dark when we finished. We still hung it where this sweet 6 year old says the butterfly's have been staying. He told me that the butterfly was his spirit animal. I thought that was adorable.
