I rarely write product reviews, but after all the negative reviews over hard to turn ball valve handles I decided to. I just received two each of the 3/4 and 1/2 inch valves and found them to be about the same as the hundreds I have installed previous to this. Believe me , I know what it's like have to pay way more from a big store and turn the handle with pliers and have it shear off. Maybe I just got lucky, but odds are the hard to turn ones are the outliers. I was hesitant about ordering 5 or 6 of each until I tried a couple for myself.

I need a valve for my AC condensation drain PVC pipe so I could flush it out periodically to prevent clogging. This works great with the setup I made. I don't have any trouble with turning the spigot on or off as some others have reported. They may have gotten glue into the valve preventing it from operating smoothly.

Works fine after using enough pressure to turn.

Item was priced low, using for a stove insert air input from outdoors...... Is difficult to turn the value. I tried using some transmission fluid, to oil the ball valve, it did not help or make it easier to use....Seems to be well constructed for PVC. Guessing the ball valve does not leak around it?

These PVC valves were just what I needed, worked fine for my (not-super-demanding) application, and were ridiculously cheap for a ball valve - like $3 for the 3/4” size. 5 stars for me.

1/2 the price of the BIG stores. Good value. Of 2.. 1 valve is tight to operate. I expect it will loosen a bit with use.

Good tight seal on valve but very very hard to close!! Not sure if it can be lubricated but it sure as heck needs it

The Valve was much Larger than it Should have been.There was no way it was going to fit in the same location where the failed Ball Valve that I was trying to replace was.The New Valve was Difficult to turn and felt like it was going to Stick and You would not be able to Move it !

It does not has inner screw. I need to return it as it not fit my needs. The quality looks good.

I knew this item was a little over priced, but I purchased it because the site stated I would receive it in 2 days. After 4 days I had to go and purchase this produce locally because it was holding up my project. I then got 3 off these valves for less than I paid for 1. This item did finally arrive. BUY LOCAL if you can.

Works exactly as it should. Price is unreal too. To purchase this locally was minimum $75 from a waterworks supplier.
