Brilliant product, bought it for outside storage, waterproof lining inside. Would recommend if you would like this look.

Absolutely awful! Don’t waste money on this. Arrived in 2 packages, 4 days apart. Hinges were damaged (bent). Several parts broke during assembly. Complete waste of money

Not worth the money. It would be best if the base and top was solid not waterproof so I needed to purchase an cover also.

There are two compartments in the box which is not in the description, had to reconfigure to fit our long seat cushions, also the waterproof liner was useless because that was split in two also. Will have to reline it. The inside is much smaller than the outer box as there is a large over hang on the lid, measure carefully.

The product arrived with four pieces broken (see pictures). I want to work with VIDAXL to find a satisfactory resolution as I truly want to use this product. They are not making it easy. They will not send me replacement parts for the broken pieces. They offered me $50 and I can keep the product. No way. I paid over $400 for a working, unblemished product. $50 will not get me a working, unblemished product. Their next solution is to have me send the entire product back, and once received, they will send me a new product. I have asked that the replacement product be quality checked before being sent to me. We will see what their response is. It makes more sense to me to send me a second product in the hopes that I can make one full working product from the two orders (I anticipate these broken pieces being common as the wood is not the sturdiest/of the highest quality). Once I can put one entire unbroken, unblemished product together, I will send the first product back in its entirety. That way the company is only out one product with broken pieces, not two (depending on how the second product arrives). I will update my review as I work toward a resolution with this company.

This looks great on our deck. But if it rains do not put your cushions in here. If you have a roof over this container, then it will work. We put our cushions in here because it was supposed to rain overnight. We put the cushions in, zipped it up, closed the lid and went to bed. The next day I opened the lid the rain went thru the zippers soaking all the cushions. What good is the heavy plastic liner if water can still come in.I would not recommend this container, unless you have a shed to keep it in or you have a roof over the container to keep the rain off it.

Poor to little assembly instructions. Just pictures of how to assemble and none of the sections are labeled to coincide with the pictured items.

Inside liner NOT waterproof even from light rainfall!Poor design velcroing liner to inside of cabinet, water sits on top of it until the weight disconnects and it just drops down. Wood panels are light and flimsy, assembly instructions poor at best. TOTAL RIP OFF!
