Great shoes
These shoes are excellent quality, and feel really durable. They have a good amount of room in the toe box, and so far I’m really happy with them!

Light comfortable 'barefoot style' running shoe.
These running shoes are light comfortable and are very well suited to the barefoot style of running.

Poor fit, poor quality.
These are not shoes for big feet. I am size 10 Wide. Nothing gigantic but I struggle with running shoes. They’re wide but they’re tight in the mid foot and across the top.The build quality is poor, they’re not luxury trainers but for this money I would expect a better fit. I’m not convinced they’re genuine, maybe factory seconds.

Built to last, built for feet
Just ordered my 2nd pair after wearing the last ones for over 2 years across the city, mountains and beaches. They are really built to last and I’m heavily footed. Normally go through shoes every 4 months. As with all barefoot shoes there’s an adjustment period. I’m never going back to regular shoes again. Unlike some other barefoot shoe companies which have quality and fit issues, VIVO have nailed it with this design.

Quality Issues (not worth the price)
I bought this in July 2023, now it is November 2023. I have been meaning to write this review for a long time but had been busy. Both laces "snapped" by September, right foot in August and left in September. Both cases were because of me stepping on them—they were excessively long.Right shoes has an issue where it seems to "peel off" (see photos for more), part of the outer shell and material is coming undone. This happened around the end of August.I use the shoes as everyday shoes and work in an adventure playground, so there's some off-road use. I also used them for two separate one day hikes. I don't do any trail running or running in them.As a result of the above, the shoes looked and felt cheap only after two months of moderate use.Taking into account the price, use/activities, wear and tear, and time lapsed before starting to break down, I would say these are definitely not worth the price tag.I'm disappointed because they do look aesthetically pleasing and are very comfortable to wear on trails and in general—true barefoot feeling. However, they are too expensive and not good quality after all. Maybe it was just my batch, I don't know. Although the lace issue seems to be recurrent from what I have seen online.I would be willing to try another pair to see if the issues would appear again but not willing to buy again. Ideally I would like to return them for my money back—not impressed.
