This is the perfect toning ball for pilates exercises
The rubbery outside material keeps it from slipping out of your hands or however you are holding it, and the weight seems to be accurate (I bought a 3lb weight), to be perfect for my exercise. I haven't had it long enough to vouch for its durability but think it will last at least a year using it daily.

I was using this in physical therapy and got one ti use at home. I use it everyday now that I am done withp/t an it has been very helpful.
