The boxes started to arrive a week before the delivery date. Box 1 was the back, seat, and supports. Box 2 was the arms & instructions. Box 3, the mattress. Being the impatient women that I am I wasn't waiting for help. I found it easier to build the seat, and back vertical against the wall. It will take two people to install the seat/back to the frame. It's very sturdy, and the mattress is very comfortable. Remember not to tighten the bolts that connect the supports to the arms until the back/seat is in the slots. It's a very nice looking piece of furniture, and very comfortable to sleep on. Very happy with my purchase.

I'm reimagining my upstairs home office for more comfort and to allow an occasional guest to sleep in it. After a LOT of searching and recommendation from a relative, I chose this Nirvana model in its full size. It comes complete (the mattress comes separately a couple days after the frame) and is not too bad to assemble. The instructions are reasonably comprehensible. I put the thing together by myself, but it would have been easier with the recommended two people. The result is sturdy, very nice looking, and super comfortable! The frame is from Indonesia and the mattress is made-in-USA. The wood and finish is durable and shows no scuffs after my inexpert assembly process. Happy.

This set comes in two boxes for the frame. The mattress ships separately. This kind of annoying since I do not have my mattress yet and I want to sit on the couch. The mattress will arrive in three days so I will just be patient.The frame required assembly. Rarely have I encountered a kit that assembled so easily. The directions were unbelievably clear and there are colored disks everywhere to help insure that pieces are installed correctly. Every piece of the frame fit perfectly, all the screws and hardware bits were in the box. It took about 2.5 hours to assemble because there were just a lot of things to attach to other things and I goofed off frequently. I did this by myself but two people would make final assembly easier because the frame has a bit of weight to it.I may update this review once the mattress arrives.

The futon is nice and sturdy and comfortable to sit on. The finish on the wood is not great. The mattress has a zipper that shows on three sides. It looks tacky. The fabric for the mattress is kind of cheap looking. If you just want a comfortable futon, this is great, but it doesn't look fabulous.

I’m a modest person. I have wanted this futon for over a year. I worked hard to save up the money to buy it, it arrived on the 4th of August… ten mins ago I heard a crack and a shrank about 2 inches. I go to investigate and under the futon mattress, as you can see, the freakin wood that supports the futon has split.To say I’m upset would be an understatement. I can’t endorse this product or company. Almost $700.00 and it couldn’t hold up one week.I’m not heavy set, and this was for my game room. There are no kids. Its barely been used.Now I’ll have to wood glue and tape it together as trying to disassemble and return to the company would be huge headache I’d rather not deal with.Supremely disappointed.

The futon ships in three different packages, one for the mattress, one for the arms, and one for the seat and back deck. It took about 2 hours to build. I do want to point out that it is important to build the seat deck properly because it is easy to mess that part up since it's the most complex. Overall the futon is great, aside from the bed position, it also has two seating positions.The mattress is comfortable, but it is possible to feel a slight flatness through the mattress when laying in the bed position, but I am 220lbs so this may not be a problem for a lighter person.Overall this futon is very sturdy and comfy. I am pleased with my purchase! 5/5

So i read through the reviews before purchase. The bed frame took me about 1 hour to assemble by myself using power tools. If you don't usually build things I would say plan for 2 hours and I would recommend having someone help due to the fact that there are steps that require holding up the entire inside frame work while simultaneously screwing In bolts, its a little tricky. The futon frame itself is great for the price. If I could buy just the frame and have ordered a different mattress I would've (they arrive separately anyways). The mattress is not comfortable. I could feel the rails underneath, alone on the bed, and I weigh around 150 pounds. I opened it immediately when it arrived so it's hmwhat you get, I should've listened to the reviews. I ordered a topper to put on while sleeping now. The mattress is just cheap honestly. The white strings they used to bind the inside together snapped off in several places before I even had it on the frame. In short...Frame yes.Mattress no.
