I love this stuff! I’m 33 and have been struggling with breakouts for over a year now. Something I’ve never had to deal with before so I was literally trying everything I could to get rid of it. A few months ago I received a sample sized snail serum moisturizer while shopping at the mall and honestly I was so afraid to use it because I didn’t wanna use something that could possibly make acne worse but I gave it a shot. After applying it was kind of thick and seemed a tad bit oily so that worried me but it seemed to settle in skin after a while and after waking in the morning my face felt and looked better after just one application. I was in love! But unfortunately the product I had a sample of is highly unaffordable. I made the sample last about 4 days but I didn’t know what I was gonna do after. I did a lot of research online about snail serum and products containing it. I decided on this Benton snail bee ultimate cream and I don’t regret it! I’m on my second bottle now and I will be ordering more every time I run low. I’m no longer struggling with breakouts.

This cream certainly hydrates my skin however I do not like how oily it feels after a couple hours. It does not have scent or color. I’ve been using on my hands since it didn’t go well on my face.

A very dense cream that goes a long way at conditioning your skin. When I first used this facial cream, I feared that this was going to be just too rich and messy for my mature combination skin. Envisioned a day of putting up with an extremely dewy face that I'd end up having to blot all day long. Nope. Was really surprised to find that this does not make your face oily or greasy feeling and doesn't even leave really any dewiness along the surface of the skin. Yet, it's very thick and rich and full of good things to condition your skin. Enough emollients to moisturize dry skin and leave it feeling extra soft and creamy all day.This will make the skin much more supple and elastic. At first, I didn't see it do much for the lines on my face. But then when I looked in the mirror later on, I noticed that they were greatly diminished. Even the deeper set ones had been softened to some degree.A very good facial cream offered at a reasonable price. The tube is on the smaller side, but you only need to use a little. Great for those looking for a deep bit of moisturization but don't want to deal with any of the messy residuals that some others leave you with. Best for those with normal to dry skin. Good for both men and women alike.

I have used snail mucin products on and off over the years ever since discovering a jar of snail moisturizer in my former roommate's bathroom cabinet in 2012, and making fun of her for slathering her face with snail secretions. After running out of moisturizer myself one night, I was forced to use said snail secretions and secretly found myself enjoying them.Having tried many different brands of snail beauty products, I can say that Benton Snail Bee Ultimate Cream is one of the better ones out there.I have highly sensitive combination skin, and usually test products slowly over a week - working my way from patch tests and alternate days, to full face daily. I have not had any averse reactions to Benton Snail Bee Ultimate Cream, and although it is one of the more hydrating snail creams on the market (some others are a bit more gel-like and lighter in consistency), I found that it still works with my combination skin. It sat a little heavier on my skin than the gel-like ones at first, and I was worried it might be too rich for me. But after about 30 to 45 minutes, I noticed that it had fully absorbed, and my skin felt smooth and soft - not sticky.As such, I believe this is truly one of those moisturizers that may be suitable for "all skin types". You can use a little more or less of it, depending on how much hydration your skin needs. Less can go a longer way for oilier skin types - and I will still recommend it because it definitely does not feel too rich.However, as someone with oily combination skin, I do prefer to use this at night, while using a lighter gel moisturizer during the day - especially one that absorbs faster for quick makeup application.

I have used the rest of Benton's snail bee line extensively in the past (not sponsored, sorry, I wish I was though because that would have saved me hundreds honestly) and I think this is a little nicer to use on the face than the Snail Bee Steam Cream which is also in a very similar looking tube. The Steam Cream one broke me out a little but this one did not at all. It spreads very easily and isn't sticky or heavy feeling. I would say it is fully absorbed after a minute or two, and you don't look oily. Basically it plumps you up so your pores look less saggy by comparison.The effects of the entire product line are very subtle. At times I have wondered if it even does anything, and stopped using them for a few days, but then my skin flares up again with pimples and redness and then I realize that was all an act of hubris. I think the ingredients gently give your skin strength and health over time, and helps it look more youthful (not in a plastic surgery way -- just more like a "I slept well" way).Skin type:- Light medium tone- Combination and hormonal skin- Prone to whiteheads (surface and deep)- Wears a mask all day for work- Tends to scar with hyperpigmentation or erythema after a pimple is overI hope this helps!

I really gave this a chance. I had irritation but ignored it. After using this for a month, I don’t see much difference. I have sensitive skin so I will leave a average rating because your skin might handle better.
