Warm and pretty well-made
These feel warm! I am impressed by that. I think these will go very nicely in my leather mitts! The quality of where the thumb is could be better. I have small hands (size 7, I think), and you can see from the pictures that they fit ok. The thumb is pretty long. It should be fine. Wool is amazing!I took one star off because the edging isnโt finished. I know that wool is more resistant to unraveling due to the nature of the fiber, but would it really be that hard to have finished the edge on the cuff?Anyhow, nice warm mitts!!!

Just like the originals
Good fit and are warm just like the original liners that came with these mittens. I use these mittens a lot (in Alaska) so cannot comment on the durability yet. It took me almost 20 years to wear out the original liners, so hopefully these last that long tok.

Odd Fit
I was really excited to receive the mitten liners as I had made some of my own out of felt and they work OK but I thought premade ones would be better. I waited a long time for these to arrive; I don't know the reason for the delay. At any rate, first out of the package they looked great but once I tried one on, I knew immediately they would be returned as the thumb placement is awkward and uncomfortable. I tried adjusting the liner, thinking I had done something wrong but I had not. As for durability, I can't tell but I had to leave some kind of star rating. So, my durability rating is totally conjecture, but they seem to be of solid construction. That does not matter, though, if you can't wear them!

mitt liner
The mittens are quite rough in texture and cause my hands to itch

Work well, would buy another pair.
I need liners in my chopper mitts. These liners are good. They seem durable enough. A little thin but for work, they work fine. If you're looking for heat in the cold without work perhaps another pair if there's room. They are designed for working hands and that's what they do. I have no complaints about quality, fit, or durability. The price is very good and they are made very well.

Donโt fix whatโs not broken!
Just like the mitts I used in my choppers 50 years ago. Tried and true. Donโt try to fix something that works great.

Wool is Okay but Uncomfortable to Wear
The wool for this mitt is not at all soft, but still just fine for a liner. However, the thumb is very crudely sewn to the mitt. Instead of the usual seamless continuous knit where you can't feel it, the thumb is like a miniature sock sewn to the body of the mitt. The seam is thick and you can constantly feel it so it is distracting when you wear it. The seam/joint is also too small or maybe not cut at the correct angle so that it squeezes a bit at the base of your thumb where your thumb joint meets your hand. Uncomfortable for that reason also. Because of that I'm returning it. Be aware, you'll need to pay your own postage on the return, even if you have prime. Consider that if buying.Edit: I returned the mitts late February. The mailing cost was over $20 but they were useless to me so I did. I made sure my return slip was in the package so they would know who it came from. I kept my Canada Post receipt for the package. Almost 2 months later I am still waiting for my refund. Poor product. Poor customer service.

A bit bulky
These are probably warm if warm with a cover. Otherwise they would be too loose a weave. The seams in the thumb area are also too bulky so they did not fit well into my covers.
