Lovely Case: Very Little in The Way of Grip!
I bought this case for the Pixel 6a, having watched a few video recommendations. It arrived promptly, looks great and was really easy to install, but not so easy to remove. The trick, I discovered, is to remove it from the corners near the cutout by the Camera Bar.That's not the issue; I used to avoid TPU type cases, as they were often "saggy" fitting, especially around the cutouts/charging port. Not here, this case grips like a vice with no sagging anywhere and it looks great on the phone. However, I soon discovered, after an hour, or two of usage, that it made the phone feel considerably heavier and furthermore, there's nothing in the way of "grip" on the side, unlike the (slimmer) Spigen case that I bought at the same time and it felt like it was "slipping" out of my hand, all the time, resulting in a fear that I would eventually lose my grip and drop it.Such as pity, as I really like the look/design and no fingerprints on the rear (of the grey model, at least)So, sadly, I've had to return it.A little tweak in the design and the addition of some "grooves" down the side and this would be just about the perfect case. So, I can't recommend it, unless, unlike me, you're a person with an iron like grip! 😉😉

Overall good, but a little slippery
Case has good protection but the grip technology for me didnt work very well. It felt very slippery in the hand. I now have a poetic guardian

Protection without too much bulkiness
Most users of mobile devices do not like rugged covers. All due to the excessive thickening of the dimensions of the smartphone or tablet. In most cases it brings with it better protection, such a cover is the Tudia DualShield. The case consists of two parts and can be disassembled, although it will best protect expensive equipment when whole. The main element is rubberized, and the "armor" is completed by a "plate" made of thick plastic.Initially, you have the impression that the Pixel 6a may slip out of your hand during use. Fortunately, there are tabs on both sides to improve the grip of the device. The border around the screen is raised. Thanks to this, the most expensive part of Pixel 6a is protected against mechanical damage that could cause a headache for the user. The cutouts (USB C, speaker, microphone) are textbook-like. The cable is easy to connect and disconnect if necessary. The microphone and speaker are not covered, so nothing prevents you from making a video call or listening to your favorite music. The buttons (power and volume control) can be felt under the finger. You don't have to press them harder to wake the screen or lower / increase the volume. Tudia approached the other button unusually, this one is usually oblong and looks the same on everyone. The DualShield case is similar, but only to a certain extent, because + and - are slightly separated from each other. The cameras are available all the time, the cutout is exemplary. This allows you to take photos or record videos with confidence. The only drawback may be that sometimes some dust will accumulate. The DualShield turned out to be a good case, but it may have more opponents than followers. Most importantly, consumers have a choice and can choose from a variety of models. It's hard to find fault, not to find the problem by force, maybe apart from "turning off" wireless charging, if someone is a fan of this solution and got used to it.

A well made, stylish protective case. 3.75 stars.
I went for the indigo blue case and I am very happy with how it looks. This is composed of a blue hard plastic back and a slightly softer black TPU edge strip, which has enough flex to get the phone in, but holds it firmly once installed. Once the phone is in, there is zero slip between case and phone, and the buttons all work perfectly. While I like the look of the case, I personally find it a bit slippy in the hand. The back is textured, but because it's made of a hard plastic it has a lower coefficient of friction than the TPU edge strip. If the textured portion of the case was also the softer TPU, it might feel a bit more secure in the hand. I say this, but to be fair I haven't yet dropped it. This also means, thankfully/sadly, that I can't comment on how well it actually protects the phone.Even though I may disagree with the material choice of the textured portion, it does seem to be a very well made case.At the time of this review this is selling for £15.99, which I think is an acceptable price to pay to protect your phone (given the alternative).I give this 3.75 stars, rounded up to four.

Sturdy
This has raised lips for the screen, nice clicky buttons and feels sturdy. It also fits the 6a well and has a nice feel to it. I think this would be a good choice for your Pixel 6a.

Impressive protection and looks great
This Pixel 6a case features a dual layer shockproof protective case in the Green lilly colour which ius very close to the actual green of the Pixel 6a variant. We however, got the White model due to stock but this works fine with it. The case is soft on the edges but provides a good layer of protection which, in the case of my missus is much needed given how much she drops her phone. IT does make it a little chunkier due to this, however, the Pixel 6a is already a small compact phone so not much more difference than other phones. Nice grip texture on the back that feels easy on the hands also.

Decent case but the phone smashed
Well, the phone fell about 3 feet and the screen smashed. It was an unlucky landing so can't really blame the case I guess...But I blame the case.
