Arrived as suggested.Well packaged.Plastic made exterior.Bought it because of its capability to cook low sugar rice. Hard to exactly cook rice. Takes practice to get the right consistency.Price wise, cheaper than others that has same end results.Downside, it takes long time to cook rice. The number of minutes indicator appears only if the product already hot and cooking the rice. It takes time to warm up. So your 20 minute timer becomes 40 minutes 😂Locking lid mechanism not sturdy.
