Really nice basic lycopene supplement. It's well known for it's benefits, especially for cardiovascular wellness and others. The capsules themselves aren't too big, and easy to swallow. When opened, you can see the red tinted lycopene inside. In fact, you can open them and pour them into a beverage or something, as they don't have any offensive or strong taste. I actually prefer it this way. Overall, I would definitely recommend them.

I recently ordered this 365 by Whole Foods Market, Lycopene 20mg Vegan Capsules, Tomato-Sourced Antioxidant, 30 Count and went thru the bottle but not sure if it really works but at least no side effects.

I took this twice because the first time I didn’t realize that it was this supplement that caused my vomiting and diarrhea. The first time I took it I was sick for 6-7 hours of back-and-forth to the bathroom. I thought it was from a ginger shot I took. So I took the supplement again a few days later and I got sick again. I read that lycopene can cause diarrhea and nausea. So it was in fact this particular brand of lycopene. I have taken entire packages of Lycopene in the past, over 30 days and no issue. It’s whole food lycopene that’s bad.

I haven't experienced and quality issues with these. They are moderately sized and easy to swallow. They don't have any strange taste or aftertaste. For the price, the number of capsules you get seems reasonable. As usual with this type of thing though it is hard to tell if it's having the hoped for effects, but hopefully with time something might be noticeable.

These are small and easy to swallow. They don't leave a bad taste in my husbands mouth and he's very happy with them. There are 30 capsules in the bottle and it arrived well sealed and the product was very fresh. It instantly smelled like tomatoes when opening the bottle, which is what we were looking for...especially since it's tomato sourced lycopene. This is a wonderful supplement for prostate health, as well as cardio support. I think they're reasonably priced for vegan capsules and such high grade ingredients. The only thing I'd suggest as an improvement is to see a non-GMO stamp added.
