Tasteless
Tasteless and I feel my energy level remains sustained throughout the day. Ive only been taking 1T with my coffee in the morning. No change in metabolism or weight.

Energy, Energy
I put a tsp of this in my morning coffee, and in my mid-day smoothie. It keeps me energized and alert, throughout the day.

Good.
Very good. No horrid taste, I take a bit in the AM. I've even used a drop on my skin - goes right in, no oily residue. \ (Bottle probably could pour a bit more easily-- spills easily when pouring.)I'd reorder.

Good Flavorless MCT Oil
I've been following a keto diet for a while, and this product was recommended. I add a little bit to my coffee first thing in the morning. It doesn't have any flavor, which is a good thing. I also appreciate that it doesn't have any aftertaste.

Had high hopes
When I was doing research, I felt the reviews were rather split between negative and positive. Unfortunately, I fell into the negative end.I had high hopes for this, but was wary because of the reviews. I thought about it for a few weeks before I decided to just give it a try.I didn't feel it mixed/blended the way a normal liquid would. It is a oil so expect for it to mix as such. At times, depending one what it was mixed with, I could feel the oil in my drink. Sometimes it'd make me feel a little nauseous. In these cases, I didn't find it particularly "easy to swallow." It's not the thickness of, say, olive oil (my mom used to make me take a tablespoon of olive oil to relieve bowel issues). It is thinner but can still be noticeable.I felt there was flavor, but it wasn't too noticeable. It was more noticeable in some drinks than others. The flavor wasn't very strong either.I didn't notice many benefits. I did believe the MCT Oil had the potential of many benefits, but I wasn't able to take it long enough to see it. While I was taking it, I didn't notice much of a difference within my body or brain. Now getting into what I truly wanted to share about my experience so people can be aware before they give this a try.I will be going into details so people have the full truth of what I experienced. So, FAIR WARNING (!!!) before you continue reading.I really wish I was able to take this more consistently and longer term. Unfortunately, I was of the people who struggled with diarrhea as a result. It was actually very bad for me. I had bowel movement issues because of a diet I was on for a weight loss challenge. When I started having issues with the MCT Oil, I thought it might help with the constipation. It helped way too much. With just a little bit of MCT oil in the morning before work and I was having explosive diarrhea. I did research on how to take it and how much to take. Day 1 I had taken the full recommended amount. Day 2 and moving forward I took the least amount and ultimately tried working up. And then I went back to the lowest measure. I think I even took a little bit less than the lowest amount at one point, and it only helped a little. I really hoped that giving it time and allowing my body to adjust to it would change things, but it didn't for me.I definitely want to warn that when the "movement" would happen, it was very sudden and all at once. The second you have the feeling, don't walk. RUN to the bathroom. You basically have seconds before you need to go.I will say, once you used the bathroom, you didn't have problems the rest of the day. Even with my experience, I was always fine the rest of the day... unless you worked out/did cardio. Sometimes I would have issues, and sometimes I wouldn't. The pattern was predictable, but the timing was unpredictable. It was just too burdensome and unpredictable to feel confident and accepting of continuing to use it. So, I ultimately stopped. In terms of timeline, I believe I might have used it for 6 weeks, because that is how long the weight loss challenge was.I guess, a positive perspective is that it did help promote bowel movement. If it wasn't so sudden and drastic, and just promoted normal/healthy bowel movement, I would have stuck with this.Despite my experience, I still say maybe consider giving it a try. That's what I did. Even though it did end up being a negative experience, now I know that it doesn't work for me. I prefer to know and to have tested it than not knowing at all. But that's just me. Definitely do your own research. I do wish I could have taken it long enough to see benefits. I didn't really, and I felt better when I wasn't taking it.
