49cc 52cc Performance Motor 2-stroke Mini Dirt Bike ATV Engine with Gear Box 11T T8F Sprocket New Metal Recoil Racing Air Filter + Handle Bar + Throttle Cable

Bought this engine to replace the 40cc one on my kids Amazon fit right mini bike. I used the old torque converter and had to raise and extend the engine mount, but once that was done installation went smooth. Had a little trouble starting the first time, but with just a very small dab of starting fluid she started right up and now starts up fairly easy. It definitely has some nice power/ torque to it, even with taking it easy like it recommends a we break it in. Even sitting at almost 260 lbs it pulls me fine. The kill switch doesn't seem to work but honestly it's probably my fault lol been just touching the wire to the motor to turn it off. The throttle cable assembly is good enough, but I'll probably upgrade it at some point. I purchased an exhaust for it but it obviously doesn't go with the fit right frame so I modified it with a piece of 1" flex pipe. All in all runs good and the kids love it so so far so good.

A good engine put together in a rush with subpar parts clutch broke first 30 minutes and throttle cable is crazy short and the throttle grip is trash and the motor and tranfer case gets so hot in a very short amount of time not for kids very fast

Great product overall! Just like some other reviews say after a few pull the pull start gave out, so i rebuilt it but only to find that the pull start is well made just a little sharp on the ports where the string comes out off. nothing that a little fille wont take care of. Over all very satisfied with the small engine and it performs really good!

Started right up on second pull after installing on bike (coolster QD50). Though I had to use original gearbox due to how short this gear box was...Problem I have is when choke is off the bike/motor dies right out. Mix ratio 20:1 as per instructions. Throttle freely moves, tried the single adjuster screw, to no avail. Is this an auto choke?? Did I receive a bad carb??? Oh and it's smokes alot at the moment but seems like that would be normal for a 2 stroke!!

Easy assembly and started first pull with no issues. I bought this to replace my sons motor on his syx Dirtbike and thought it would be a little bit ballsier than the stock. Could not tell a difference at all if any I would say the stock motor ran better. And the motor quite running after about 2 weeks of riding. I have a lot of experience with all kinds of motors and carburetors but I cannot get this thing to run and that’s only after 2 weeks. Long story short I would not recommend this item and would keep shopping around for something better. I want to make sure that people know this is NOT a high performance motor like advertising says . Buyers beware

Used it to replace on my sons syx moto 50cc, was pretty simple to swap, gassed it up flipped the choke and pulled, started right up. My sons been tearing up the yard all day minus the few times for a pit stop .

Put this on my pocket rocket that originally had a 40cc 4-stroke. Took a lot of work to get this engine mounted and working but was it worth it. This thing does power wheelies with 1/4 throttle. Only things I needed were a welder, drill, and a new chain, and lots of time to mess with it. Will update if anything happens to engine
