Fits Ford Focus MK3 1.6Tdci
All I needed was the copper washers and the green seals, they fitted perfectly and cured my issue. I've added a video of the engine after replacing these items, no more chuffing injector seals.

Almost perfect - Beware
One of the black rubber seals did not contain a solid metal insert. It was simply a soft and flexible piece which made it useless. I had to reuse one of the old ones which was not ideal. I was very lucky that one of the 4 old seals was in good enough shape to reuse.
