Dexter don't got a thing on me!
When you want to slice and dice with precision but are on a budget (and I mean what maniac isn't right?!) these scalpel blades work great. Be sure and buy the hand that these attach to, one slip and it's DNA left behind. They are sharp, sterile (who really cares about that... an infection is the last thing your patients are going to care about!) and sturdy.

Nice utility blades
Each blade individually packaged as they should be. Blades are sharp and hold up faily well considering how much I abuse them making models.

Excellent for agar work(cutting soft material)
Nice price for a lot of blades. Sharp out of the pack but doesn't hold up as well as other blades which isn't a problem for mycology use such as agar work. In fact they heat up pretty quickly which is ideal for the constant resterilization needed. I however don't see these being the best option for crafts or other uses requiring a tougher blade.

Sharp, packaged well, & sturdy.
Perfect blades for the Nitecore NTK05. Pretty durable for scalpel blades, and they're standard #11 shape. They are all individually packaged in sealed paper and then grouped in plastic bags of 10, again sealed. They claim to be sterilized by gamma radiation, and I have no reason to doubt it, but I'm not using them for medical applications anyway, just blades for a small, unique little titanium knife. But they're very sharp, so I'm happy.
