Works perfect with my Mic Mechanic 2 Pedal
Needed an adapter quickly that would work with my TC Mic Mechanic 2 pedal. I ordered this keeping my fingers crossed! Got it the next day after ordering, plugged it in and tested it out, powered the pedal without an issue. I’ve used it a dozen times since getting it without any issues. Very happy with the quality and size of the power supply.

If your house is not grounded, do not use this cable.
If your house is not grounded, I would not purchase this cable. I live in an ungrounded house and when using this cable, all connected pedals become very noisy. When I switched to 9v batteries, I had no problem but there definitely isn't anything on this power adapter that can rid of any nasty hums or hisses coming from your ungrounded electricity. If your house is grounded, then I believe this would be a great product.

Works perfectly with Mic Mechanic version 2
The new version of the Mic Mechanic does not come with a power supply, unlike the original model. I checked TC Helicon's power supply prices and they were more than double the price of this, had an ungainly wall wart that ate up power strip real estate, and had a short, flimsy cable. In other words, not an optimum choice when compared to this adapter. For context, this is my second purchase of this power supply because I originally purchased one a few years ago when I purchased my third Mic Mechanic, which was the first one I owned of the newer version. When I purchased my fourth Mic Mechanic version 2 this is the power supply I immediately considered. If you just purchased a Mic Mechanic version 2 and are looking for a power supply this is the one I recommend based on the factors I previously cited.

Quiet and flexible power supply.
I've used this power supply with a wah-wah pedal and a multi-effects pedal and it has worked fine. No extra noise in my signal chain.

9 volt / 665 milliamp Power Supply
Does what it's designed to do.It's a 9 volt / 665 milliamp Power Supply with the Center contact being Negative.Point of Info:NEVER use a pwr supply with voltage different from what is required by your device.Be SURE that the Polarity (Positive or Negative) matches also.NEVER use a supply with a Milliamp rating Lower than required - You CAN go with a pwr supply with a Higher milliamp output but Never Lower. Also, be sure the DC Coaxial connector has the correct inside & outside diameter. That's about it.Peace, Y'all!
