This product is a solid, how do i apply this to skin? am i supposed to heat it to melt it slightly so i can get it out of the jar?

This product is solid but it is also soft, hence you can just scoop a portion with your finger(s) and then rub it in your palms to allow ease of application to your skin just like the way lotions are applied. Hope this helps.
