Q: Does this come with frame and nose piece as shown in photos?

Yes. I received a standard sized frame, medium nose cushion, and to my surprise (picture doesn’t show) the swivel elbow that connects the hose to the frame. I’m glad it came with the swivel elbow because I couldn’t find the exact swivel elbow for this brand on Amazon. It does NOT come with the adjustable strap (headgear) that connects to the frame... that is sold separately and easy to find on Amazon.

Yes, I have the Air Sense 11 and love this mask.

Q: Is this mask compatible with a ResMed s8 vpap auto 25?

Yes – however if the patient isn’t prescribed the AirFit N30i, in order to purchase the full mask system they will need a prescription. The PDP is only for the frame system without headgear.

Q: Does the current version of this item (September 2021) come with the swivel elbow?

I do not believe it does. As I remember, I bought a new hose and these tubes and cushion for the nose. But I reused the part the you plug the hose into and fit into the mask
