Apart from a few initial struggles banging it all together, it proved to be quite a solid and reliable chair to sit in, featuring enough padding which should last, though some may want additional comfort by adding their own pillow or cushion on top. It can raise and lower quite a fair amount and features a full seat recline, which can help if you are one to lounge without some of the awkwardness of back recline seats only.Best to grab on a good sale, and can't fault it's features or ease of assembly.

Well, this was a disappointment. I'm a 6 foot tall chap, about 15.5 stone, when I sit in the chair the front of the seat rests about 3 inches past the end of my crutch, so most of my thigh to knee is unsupported. This is very uncomfortable. Not helped by the rake of the seat which is very upright and tends to angle one forwards, almost feeling one is being pitched out of the front of the chair.Its marginally better when reclining but the angle it goes back is quite shallow and each time you then go back to upright it makes a very annoying "KLONK".The lack of backrest padding is noticeable, and the seat padding is minimal.And did I mention its not grey, unless very, very pale grey classifies as grey.I use a chair most of the day, and over the years have had a number of them. I don't mind having to replace them regularly as I must be putting a toll on them using them so much. but generally I would expect to get a couple of years out of a chair.This one lasted 10 minutes and Ive wheeled it out to the garage and plan to take it to the council tip on Monday when it opens. I dont know how I could return it as most of the component "packaging" is so flimsy that its fallen apart when unboxing them. I also dont see how I can get this to a Post Office or similar.I'm going to lose the money I spent on this, which is frustrating, but its just not viable to attempt to return it, an ongoing failing of the Amazon returns process for large and bulky items.As a side note, my wife who is 5 foot 3 tried it and fitted in it ok, but declared it very uncomfortable.So, if you are around 5-3, like being uncomfortable, and enjoy regularly hearing "KLONK" then this is the chair for you, in fact give me a shout and you can have mine. But for anyone else I would avoid this item.

Great value, especially with money off voucher. This is the third one I have bought to replace older desk chairs from another supplier. Would buy again and would recommend as super comfy and offer great support. Only issue was with delivery. Yet again Amazon driver has just dumped parcel outside. Surely it takes longer to write a card then ring the doorbell? Fortunately I was tracking it on my phone so was able to get to it before it was stolen by a passerby.

Looks nice. And that's it. Build quality is not the best, after two weeks started making lound click sound. If I would buy again I would look for alternatives.

Probably the best office chair I’ve bought. You can probably get more luxury and more sturdy if you spend hundreds but this is superb value for the price. Looks great, and is super comfy!

Perfect for my needs, easy to assemble but had a little trouble fitting wheels, you need to twist until they secure in place rather than push on, very comfortable and happy with purchase
