These little bowls are a perfect replacement for our mismatched ramekin collection. They seem to be good quality and look great. The best part is that they nest. We use them for mini desserts, for butter at the dinner table but most often we use them when we prep ingredients for cooking (we’ve used the meal delivery service Blue Apron for almost two years and these are a great size for food prep.)I decided to order more and accidentally ordered 4 more sets instead of two, but I’m keeping them. They stack really well and don’t take up much room. And if we break any we’ll have extras.They’re kind of expensive, and I’m not sure how durable they are. I’ll update my review if they end up breaking easily. They do seem durable though.Also, they came with a booklet about the company (in China) and their product line as well as how to care for their products. Our family enjoyed reading the booklet together after Thanksgiving dinner. 😂

Hello, I purchased these for a New Years Eve party and they worked out perfect. I wanted to make individual Flan’s and they came the perfect size for induvidual servings. Great price, great size and light. Not heavy like some ramekins. They also stack nicely and don’t take up a lot of space and are easy to clean. Durable and makes a nice design. I highly recommend these ramekins. I will be buying more.

These add so much style to my charcuterie board. I also use them as portion control for my 🍨!

They looked so pretty, but when eating yogurt or pudding, it is not easy to qualify for the clean plate club because of the bumps in the interior of the bowls. I use the front edge of the spoon to clear those areas. Nana would be proud of me, but it’s time consuming. If you don’t mind leaving a little bit of food in your bowls, it’s not an issue.

I love making my lava cakes with them. It makes the lava cakes such a pretty shape!!!My lava cake recipe: (makes 4 servings)Ingredients6 ounces Semi-sweet Chocolate½ cup Unsalted Butter room temperature2 Egg2 Egg Yolk1/4cup Granulated Sugar2 tbsp All-purpose Flour1/2tsp Vanilla Extract1/8tsp SaltInstructions:Preheat oven to 450℉ Grease 6 ounce ramekin with non stick spray then dust it with flour.Place butter and chocolate into a microwavable bowl on 30% power and stir every 30 seconds until the chocolate is melted, well combined and smooth. Let cool do not want it hot.In another bowl, whisk eggs, egg yolks, sugar, vanilla and salt. Add the melted chocolate mixture then mix until well combined.Add flour and fold until just combined. Spoon the batter evenly into each ramekin and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edge and the top is set but the center is still jiggly.Remove from the oven and let it cool for 2 minutes. Loosen the side with a knife so it will be easy to release from the ramekin. Place the serving plate over the ramekin then flip it.Dust the cake with powdered sugar and serve with vanilla ice cream, enjoy!

Amazing!! I bought these as xmas gifts, ended up adding to my own wedding registry! The perfect dish for little snacks, charcuterie jams/cheeses, dips, literally anything. They are SO easy to clean, takes me 2 seconds to hand wash (I don't use a dishwasher for my daintier kitchen items). 100/10 recommend!
