After two weeks of using, this definitely works!!
I waited two weeks before writing this review, because I wanted to see if it actually worked. After using it twice daily (morning and night) for two weeks straight, I can confirm it definitely works! The attached photos show the progress of my worst-looking heel over two weeks of using this product. My heels had gotten very dry, cracked, and sometimes painful because I’d been neglecting to take care of them, but with summer (and all my cute sandals) approaching, I finally decided to fix my nasty heels. I tried plain ole regular lotion a few times, but it didn’t seem to help, so I searched on Amazon for the best heel cream. I decided to go with this cream because it listed Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA), which is a chemical exfoliant. The second day after I started using it, I noticed an immediate improvement. I could see that the AHA had already started to soften and loosen the thick, dead skin on the surface of my heel after just one day of use. The product itself has a light minty-ish smell which I appreciate, and once it soaks into the skin, it doesn’t feel noticeably greasy. When applying it, it feels lightweight but also thick and creamy at the same time. I do not/did not use any foot files during the time that I’ve used this product. My attached photos are purely the result of using this cream (although I’m sure that using a foot file before applying the cream would have made the healing process go faster). I also want to note that I have very sensitive skin in general, but this did not irritate the skin on my feet. Clearly, this product works! I highly recommend this cream if you’re someone like me who struggles with very dry, cracked heels. I’m going to continue using the cream twice daily until my heels are totally healed, and then I’ll probably cut back to once a day (or at least a few times a week). I’m very glad I chose this cream!

Great foot cream
This foot cream seems to be working great on my dry heels that happen every Winter. It's really thick but seems to dry quickly, so I don't have to wait too long to put on my socks. It's not too greasy and is scent-free. The only bad part is that it's only 3 ounces, and I'm using it up quickly.

It Works!!!
This cream is excellent! Within a week my dry feet were soft and smooth again. It's even working on my husband's cracked heels. The cream absorbs quickly and doesn't leave an oily feel on your feet. I will definitely be buying this product again.

Feet Feel Amazing! 🦶💧
O’Keeffe’s Healthy Feet Cream works wonders! 🌟 Thick, rich, and intensely moisturizing—my heels have never felt softer. A little goes a long way. Only wish it absorbed slightly faster, but overall, fantastic for dry, cracked feet!

Great foot lotion
This lotion really helps to moisturize the skin on my feet. I have a form of eczema on my feet that causing scaling and peeling skin. This helps to keep the peeling skin at bay. It also helps to slow down how quickly calluses develop on my foot bottom. It is a non greasy lotion and absorbs quickly.

Effective but be careful using this on thin skin
Recently, I was advised to use exfoliating creams instead of using a foot file on my calluses. I tried applying the Healthy Feet on my feet twice a day which really did the trick. But I was also smearing it on more delicate skin. After about 2-3 weeks, I noticed small open sores on the backs of my hands and tops of my feet. I cut back on cream down just every other day and stopped applying to thinner skin. This did the trick. By the way, I've tried other exfoliating creams. This one had been the most pleasant with a light peppermint fragrance.

Fantastic Product!
I can't say enough good things abt this product! It's the only lotion I've ever used that's actually done what it says it will. Used abt a nickel size am't of lotion on each foot & then covered w my cotton booties at night. Used it for 3 nights & my feet are healed. I was so surprised! It's really a great product! Would 100% recommend.
