Friends Forever Martingale Collars for Dogs, Reflective No Pull Dog Collar for Training Large/Medium Breed Dogs, Medium

I like these type of collars, because they are less intrusive than just a plain choker. My little black lab mix is a small dog of about 35 lbs, and most of the collars I found like this were an inch wide with a heavier chaing, which was a little too heavy and robust for a dog this size, The medium size collar, that these folks have is 3/4" wide, with a lighter chain. The collar adjusts down to the smallest size for the medium and fit my little dog perfectly. The other reason I like these collars compared to some of the others is because it has a release for taking it on and off. Some of the other collars would have to be pulled over their head. I live on a ranch, and so many times, if I'm out working with my dog, I remove the collar in case he would get hung up on something. The grey reflector part of the collar works well. Lastly, the price of this collar is better than most, but the quality is top notch. Also, the sellers seem genuinely interested in their customers, the dogs, and in their product. I would recommend this collar.

This martingale collar is really great! It saves my day. First of all, it is decent, pretty cool looking. My puppy and all my friends likes it. Second, the design of this collar is great. It is loose and comfortable. For my previous collar, it is a flat buckle type, since my dog's head is kind of small, she can easily slip out of the collar when she gets excited. But for this one it is more safe for her. And the last and the most important thing, this collar is high quality collar, it is really durable. My puppy loves to bite the collar, she already ruined several of them LOL, but for this one, she tried several times, but it is still OK.

Sturdy, well made collar; easy to put on and take off, and the dog doesn't scratch at it or shake her head madly when I put it on. So it must be comfy for her. I bought it to replace my training collar, which is a prong collar. Unfortunately, my dog pulls hard against this collar and it does not have the same effect as the prong training collar does for her. I will use this in the house and for car trips, but not for leash walking. At least not until she gets better and heeling and not freaking out when she sees cats and small dogs!! :)

My 2 Labs are 10 yo & 7 yo /90 & 75 lbs...the large was exactly what fit perfect for them both, AND the best part, it is still adjustable AND can be attached/ detached like a regular collar. I put these on my dogs for walks only- replacing their old fashioned choker collar for walks. I sincerely love this product. So much safer for my dog and even better results with my one dogs behavior when walking. Perfect price too! Arrived in 2 days with Prime. Highly recommend. Oh & reflective.

Slips ealily on/off my 24# King Charles Cavalier. He tugs like an Alaskan sled dog with a halter, so this trainer collar has been great to learn to walk on a leash. Not as bad as those others with spikes (which work but seem cruel to me). It tightens easily when he takes off when he shouldn't and loosens up quickly when walking properly at my side. Seems sturdy and well made. I consider this a very good purchase for training.

Love these... Update:: the buckle is not Goff for strong Dog. I loved how easy this was to use and looks pretty good as well, but definitely not for a strong dog that pulls! I almost lost a bull terrier last night due to she broke clasp..

I have 7 dogs and 6 of them wear these wonderful collars. I needed an “everyday collar” so they didn’t get their “dress collars” did not get ruined. The pups are wild when they play and finding something that solves so many issues in 1 product is a life saver. They are all 55-75 pound dogs. These collars fit beautifully, look great, have quick release clips on them and hold up great for 6 big dogs. The only one that did not get one yet is my tiny Chihuahua. I have yet to find her one but will keep trying!

This collar worked well for 3 walks and on the 4th time out the buckle kept releasing. I have a 70 lbs German Shepherd and it just can not hold up for that size dog. I am not the only one that has complained about this problem. I was lucky that my newly adopted dog did not bolt on me. It may work ok on a smaller lighter weight dog. It seems to be well made with quality materials but the buckles are too weak for a larger animal. It is one of the cheaper collars. I will have to replace it with something more durable which I am sure will cost more. You get what you pay for!!

My dog went through a few collars with ease. I have a 70 lbs sheepadoodle and this collar has held up well for over a month already. Still looks as good as new and my dog does not mind it. Very happy with the purchase

Very stylish, simple but pretty. Doesn’t bother when just on my dog, she wears it as necklace more than collar, when using the leash with it, then it becomes collar as the chain design keeps the collar tight enough so doesn’t come undone.
