The BBB listing says it's in the process of being revised, so the reviews have been taken down. **Q: Do I need to let my pillow air out before using? It has an odor upon opening. I don’t understand why some say it has an odor and others don’t.** A: It has a strong odor, which I think is latex. I've been airing it out for a week, and it still smells. At first I was not concerned because I thought it was Oek-Tex certified to not have harmful out-gassing. However, even though the blurb says Oeko-Tex certified, the pillow itself doesn't have any certification label on it -- not oeko-tex or organic. I looked it up on the Oeko-tex website and there were zero results for certifications earned by this company. I should have done more research before I bought this thing directly from Eli and Elm. **Q: Mine is too flat, no enough fill. How do I get more file?
