Great knife!
Very Heavy and Durable!

Very impressed, though heavy, but therefore, also quality
This knife is very impressive, especially at this low price! Wow!I love the spring assisted opening. With just a flick, it pops right out and locks in place. Solid. Feels and sounds great upon opening. It is a bit heavier than I expected, and decently big handle. A bit more weight is in the handle material, so a little off balance. Still impressive. A guess is that is weighs about twice what my S&W ExtremeOps SWA24S flip knife. Comparing, as they are similar price and flip open style. The blades are just about the same size. The G+W handle is a bit thicker and longer. About 20% longer...but again, much heavier. I do like the lighter feel of the S&W, but the non-serrated blade and the spring assist on the G+W is overall a bit better than my S&W.So overall, very impressed, loving the spring assist; though it's heavy, but therefore, also great quality and sturdiness for this price!

Well-Made. Easy-Open. HEAVY!
For the price, this is a decent knife. It wasn’t quite sharp enough for me when it arrived; so I sharpened it right away. Don’t know yet how well it will hold the edge, but it sharpened up easily enough. It arrived without the clip attached. The clip, three tiny screws, (you need two, so if one drops and you can’t find it - they are tiny - you have an extra), and the special little screwdriver to fit the small, star pattern of the screw head. The clip installed super easy. No issues there. It’s a very sturdy knife. Opens easily and quickly. But I will say it’s a lot heavier than I was expecting for it’s size. I put it on the scale and, with the clip installed, this knife weight 8.5 ounces. More than half a pound. That’s a hefty pocket knife! It fits nicely in my hand and the extra weight doesn’t bother me using it. Now...carrying it in my pocket daily may be another story; so we shall see. I took one star off only because it came without the clip installed and wasn’t really nice and sharp out of the box. Overall, it seems quite well made and for the price point, you really can’t beat the value. Just know that this knife weighs more than half a pound. That’s enough to be quite noticeable in your pocket!

Great knife for the price.
I was looking for an inexpensive replacement for my work knife. This knife came with a great sharp edge. The spring assist opens fast and the blade doesn’t wobble when opened. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this pocket knife.

Big and Heavy
Fellas with big hands will like the size and weight of this knife. I ordered 4 of these knives as stocking stuffers and will be keeping 1 for my collection. You need to apply a decent amount of pressure to the flipper to get the blade to open, but that might be due to the newness of the knives. One of the knifes I am going to tear down because the liner lock is not fully engaging the tang on the base of the blade when it is in the open position. The other 3 have the liner lock seated squarely and firmly on the tang of the blade, as they should. They are mass produced, so I am not disappointed. I have a few hundred knives and this knife is an inexpensive carry for everyday use. The handle is comfortable and rounded on all edges, which is a plus for me. I can't speak to the durability of the blade in terms of hardness or the ability to hold an edge, but it is very sharp out of the box. All in all a good quality knife for the price.

Slippery grip
Solid knife but the grip is super slick. Makes it's kinda sketchy to use it cause it slips out the hand.

Good investment.
It’s a great knife, wish it had a pocket clip.

Not quite what I expected but heavyweight for sure.
First of all ... let me say that I will agree with some of the other reviews (good and bad) on two main points ...#1 - This knife is heavyweight and feels like it was made with good quality. If you are looking for something with a bit of heft/weight to it ... this will do. If you want to wear this on your waistband know that it will weight down looser pants enough to cause them to sag.#2 - The 'spring action' assist is minimal on this. 40-50% of the time, it won't lock into place when opened causing you to need to shake your wrist to catch it into place. If you are buying it for a nice easy swing and lock, think again. When you really give the tab a hard push, it locks. If you don't put a lot of finger force into it, the blade will not lock into place and be a potential hazzard.I bought this knife because I would be traveling to LA where crime is pretty rampant and I would be visiting some unsafe neighborhoods for work visits. I wanted a knife to keep on my waistband in the event of an issue or a robbery. Because I was traveling by air, I knew I would not be able to take this back home, so I wanted something inexpensive to leave behind after the week I was there. I would not use this as an everyday knife ... just a little piece of mind when in a scary neighborhood in case I needed protection.I bought this because, while the price is low, it received good reviews which said it was well made and heavy weight. I also wanted finger grooves. While using a smooth handled diving knife once in my teens, I was opening a coconut and the handle slipped and cut my tendon. I would never again use a blade without dedicated finger grooves. This feels safe. The knife itself seems well made. I was nervous when I spotted the word 'knife' spelled wrong (knofe) in the item's description line. If they misspell a word in the first thing you see when looking for the knife, how good could quality control be? The blade could be sharper. However, at this price point, expectations cannot be set too high. You have to screw the clip onto the handle with a small plastic screwdriver, which is included. I did not think this bode well for quality ... but the clip seems secure for fastening to a waistband or thin belt. The closing mechanism to unlock the knife is a bit clumsy. You need to press a grooved lever with your finger which disengages the knife's lock and then you can carefully slide the blade into the handle to lock it closed. This is hard to do safely with one hand and there is a slight chance that the blade could touch your knuckles. (Luckily it is not razor sharp.) I'd prefer the closing tab on the back of the handle. As mentioned, the spring opening doesn't catch every time and can be a bit slow to open. I would think it would be just as easy to use one of the thumb numbs and 'flick' the blade open and locked with a wrist movement, so unless mine is a dud, I don't think the spring opening assistance is a game changer of any sort.I did have to cut a branch off a small sapling with this knife and it was able to hack through the branch well. The knife's weight helped with this. The blade was a bit smaller than I was expecting but overall, if I got in some trouble with a wild dog or robber, I felt comfortable this would increase my chances of escape. As a self defense disposable knife, I have no regrets about ordering it. If it was something I would consider using every day or while camping to cut rope, etc. I'd likely spend more to get something with a sharper blade and a smoother opening. For my needs it was perfect and it looks sleek. I don't think this will dissapoint you as long as you aren't expecting the same quality as what you'd get for 4-5x the price level. One last thing, make sure it's okay to carry this in your area. While it's not as smooth opening as a switchblade, some states would not allow you to carry it because of the 'quick open' feature, although that feature is kind of 'blah' on this particular blade.
